Some guy on the other side asked me, by way of introducing himself, if I had a BP cuff and knew how to use it. Is this some new kink I'm not aware of? Sphygmomanomania? (I asked him, but he was not forthcoming.)

I have a friend whose Dominant uses B/P cuff around her neck for breathplay. Too dangerous for me. But to each their own.

I have not done it but have heard using a blood pressure cuff on the cock & Balls. Wrap it around and inflate it. The pressure can be intense

Some people do use blood pressure cuffs in medical play - not necessarily for pain or as bondage, but to help set the mood.

The cuff thing, yes, i could see people getting off on using it in genital compression play, or even as part of breath play, although personally even the electronic sphygmomometers wouldn't deflate fast enough for me to feel safe.

Trolling, on the other hand, has been a kink for as long as there has been an internet!
