If you are doing it just to keep someone, it pretty much sucks.
 
Don't forget that you can be filmed and recorded - so if you wouldn't send a nude photo, don't cam.
 
Personally, I wouldn't of done it.  If that's what it takes to 'prove' my submission or anything like that, then that person just isn't for me.  And personally, it isn't 'sex' either.

since youre not used to it and so, im going to assume here, not especially into it i think that maybe you should make youreself a personal rule, that youll only do cam/phone sex when you feel a genuine connection thats been given time to develop, but only if you want to and are comfortable. personally i wouldnt do it with anyone i hadnt already fucked and shared - it just feels a bit yukky and even more yukky with a stranger im likely never to meet.

that way youve created a standard you can explain to anyone who asks you and itll sort out the wankers from the genuines because the wankers will move on and the genuines will stick around.

Status: offline 		Seriously, I wouldnt' for a moment entertain the idea of being naked or masturbating on a webcam with anyone I had just met online. In fact, I wouldn't do it for anyone I hadn't met face to face - period. Anyone who has this expectation is just looking to get off. I think many HNG's have discovered that a lot of submissive women are easy targets for getting sexual stimulus. But these men aren't dominants, they're just users.

If you want to do so, go ahead, but always be aware that it can come back to haunt you someday in the future.  Is playing on a cam for some random internet dude really worth your friends and family finding?

First contacts, to me, are tentative, and full of nothing but words, possibly the odd 'nilla pic exchanged, but certainly nothing on the scale of s web cam show! With me that only happened infrequently with someone who had already become my Dom, did very little for both of us once we had tried it, and was quickly dropped as an activity.

I have to agree that anyone pushing for phone sex, or for me to get on cam at the very beginning of contact gets ignored pretty quickly. The one or two exceptions I have made haven't been worth it so I just don't do it. Now, if someone I am actually seeing in the flesh wants to cam that is an entirely different story. I can understand depending on the relationship dynamic, personal preferences, distances involved etc. where having a cam could be very beneficial in that case. I'd rather not waste my time with digital when I can have the real thing.

This is not a majority rules thing. Some people are exhibitionists and totally get off on anonymous cam sex. Good for them.
