How she liked resting her head on my lap while we watched TV so I could play with her hair.

Reading to her in the bathtub.

Laughing at her accent.

Strong little hands – tanned and callused from her work. At odds with the rest of her.

The first kiss.

The last kiss.

Thank you. It was a wonderful time for me. He was my introduction to the lifestyle.

The good ones;

- the way she cuddles up uin my arms like a child even though she is 10 years older than me
- the way she tells me what i want (i dont agree)
- Our first date when she said "I want to show u something" and proceeded to pierce herself and walk around the livingroom, topless, flexing her arms like a body builder..
- our 3 day first date, that we call our "bubble" , it was like we were detached from the world and that time stood still
- the way she melts when i hold her as tight as i can from behind..

The bad ones;

- the way she pushes me away in the same sentence she tells me she loves me
- the way i get introduced by her friends to other friends as her "current shag" and not her girlfriend..
- the way she says Lover, and calls me it

i can honestly say this is the first time that i am truly inlove - however, i was married before and after that marriage i had a dom -

About my ex hubby i can't say i remember anything that good only the fact that he was much nicer when drunk : )

My former dom, his voice.

The way he would coo as we lay side by side, me lightly tracing my fingertips on the underside of his arm and down his side before we fell asleep

The stunned look on his face when we got a flat tire and I knew how to change a flat and he did not. The way it turned him on watching me change the flat and him driving to a secluded spot right after to smooch and pet.

Surprising him by learning < basic > Yiddish and the first time I competed a full sentence. And how proud he was of me.

The soul shattering feeling I got when he held my face in his hands and silently looked into my eyes.

Speaking of his hands... I just remembered this now... he had the softest hands and always warm on my skin

How animated she was -- she would just "light up" at things that excited her even if it was just a cat running into a paper bag, but her eyes would be wide open and a smile so big as if she couldn't inhale any more. Belly laughs too.

Great home-made Japanese food every night.

It amazes me what I think back on. I had thought it would be the sexual interactions since that was something I enjoyed so tremendously; however, I only remember a few of those specifics. What I find myself thinking back on the most:

1. Specific things he said that made me laugh outrageously not only at that moment, but even now when I think back on them.

2. The way he tucked his chin and rubbed his head and cheek against me when he was at his most submissive moments.

3. Conversations were he laid his soul bare and really gave me a glimpse into the person he tried so hard to hide most of the time.

Many other things I think are just best to keep private. But they aren't the norm. The memories are comforting and painful at the same time.

She reminded me of my own strength because that strength made her feel invincible. I made her feel safe enough to try again, feel strong enough to believe she could. But she gave me back my pride. And what's a lion without his pride? To her, I was Manavendra, and I'll always remember that.

when he touched my arm for the first time. It was just a comforting little rub on the shoulder and i thought my arm was going to fall off from the electricity. I will never forget that moment.
