In job interviews you usually get asked something like that.
They ask you your strengths, and then they ask you what you perceive as your weaknesses.

What do you think are yours?
(referring here to the weaknesses, in the interests of equal airtime, as we've had many threads recently where perceived strengths were trotted out.)

ps: I'd love to answer, but I've got an appointment!

Way to make me think Jeptha. As it stands I have been thinking about this for a bit. My single biggest flaw is a will improve my girls to much, that is to the point that they leave us and go on and have there own kids, hubbies etc. Most of them eventuallly leave the life but we have all stayed close friends for years. I do however look back and think if I hadn't worked quite so hard maybe they would still be with us. So you can pick is the flaw that I train to well for my own good or that I have a doubt about what I am doing? Since I won't stop trying to make my girls thier absolute best I go with the latter.

i'm practically perfect in every way....except for the occasional stray hair-ok, the thousands of them, and the procrastination, and the attitude that is so unsubly at times.

It depends who is looking at me. Things I think of as flaws, he likes, and vice versa.
Same as someone who doesn't accept no may be a great sales person but a horrible coworker.

my flaw is that i am far too perfect......

or is my flaw that i have no grasp on reality?????
-----------------------------------------------------
Truthfully, i think noone could list all their flaws in this medium.  As humans, we come with numerous things that keep us from perfection.  Then, even more so, one man's perfection is another man's absolute horror....so it's far too subjective to address, fully.

I think that some of my worst flaws are also some of my greatest strengths; it's just a matter of how they are applied.  :>

What are My flaws?  How long have you got?

It takes Me forever to get ready to go to *any* lifestyle event.

The words "cut back" never translate from My head to My toy bag.  If I go out of town to play, I take more than I could ever possibly have time to use or need.  (Same goes for clothes if I'm spending the night.)

I'm an experience snob when it comes to other people playing with My submissive.  If there's even a hint that they don't know what they are doing, they need to find another crash test doll.

When I'm excited, My mouth runs a mile a minute.

I get ridiculously nervous prior to any demo I'm giving.  I'll drive Mister Pact and clip nuts the entire day until the thing actually starts.  It's one of the reasons that clip has taken up a new manta.  "Just smile and say hello, m'Lady."

Oh, and one just for Mister Pact.  Once I have started telling strap on jokes, I literally don't quit until he is absolutely sick of them.

ETA, and I don't know how I forgot this one.  After scenes, if I'm in really good Top space, I am a complete clutz.  I have literally walked into walls.

Right now, my biggest flaw is that I am relatively anti-social.   Not big on small talk, don't feel the need to be around others, etc.   Which, since I'm looking for a new submissive, makes is that much harder to find one if I'm not putting myself out there.

Not an easy thing to discuss for me, especially since I'm trying to overcome some of my self-perceived flaws.

I'm socially awkward, basically. I tend to do the 'wall flower' thing, not having discovered my extroverted side. Better to be thought a fool then to say or do something to prove it, you know?  Call it a gift from an abusive parent.

Another of my flaws is not quite knowing when to 'stop'. I often rely heavily on visual clues and it's been pretty reliable, but when it comes to conceptual activities, like discussions or projects, I have trouble knowing when to say to myself, 'good enough, next item'.

I'm doing much better these days, though.

This is a great excercise and everyone should take part! You can't work to better yourself unless you take the time to really think and figure out what needs work. Me personally, lately I lack motivation and drive. That is currently my BIGGEST flaw, and something I'm already working on.

my flaws : horrible handling of email both writing and I have a tendency to not read critically into email or take anything too seriously that comes from an online source , have a cell phone with so many options i have'nt figured out how to use and  I just don't use a blackberry or texter so i dont relate to the younger generation at the college who carry around texters and lap tops everywhere.

I'm from the Atari/Rubik's Cube Generation... not the Generation Y'ers... Yet at college i'm always put in with Generation Y's.. who happen to very computer savy, yet upclose personal conversation is just not in their networking tools.

have similar problems as sojourner9 but not because i'm not putting myself out there.. more then likely i said hi and tried to stir up conversation.. Gen Y girl's Listen to you for all of about 10 seconds and then (go back to their pager, cellphone, texter, laptop whatever..and are in their own little world).  Even when you both were talking and feeling the compatiability and attraction there.. and you both know it.. Since your both fearing rejection and/or social problems arising from making that leap from friends at college to well gee lets get a motel room and jump this into a more interesting game of chess.

the woulda coulda shoulda.. flaw..  The little stupid voice in your head that stopped you from doing what you knew to be the right move in any dating situation.

the boss no matter how much you would enjoy slaying him/her with a 2 handed sword..We woulda all felt better afterward.  You resisted your inner paladin voice.. and took the weaker path of silently accepting the situation.

I am impatient as anything.
I'm OCD about keeping the house clean.
I lose my mind if I'm looking for something and can't find it (see above OCD complex)
I want sex all the time.
I worry that when things are going really well, it's only because they're getting ready to be really bad.
I snore, LOUDLY (going to the doc to get that fixed when i have insurance)
I like sugar way way way too much.
And there are just too many more to list! lol........
