It depends on how the laws are worded, but in most jurisdictions, if the pro does not engage in sexual activity (intercourse, oral, anal or handjob), then there is no exchange of money for sex, therefore, no prostituion takes place.

An excellent question Ant, which I will endeavour to answer from what I have come to know about this and has been my experience and all I can tell you, is it's personal choice.

Pro doms offer a different reality. ..that of been dimissed at anytime.. she chooses to keep him around...they develop repore.. a multitude of reasons abound for his connection to her...yet she does not need him...but he needs her.

Not many strictly lifestyle labelled doms are able to maintain the disconnectedness in connection a lot of subs, and slaves, particularly male, relish.

Also, a pro dom friendship, professional or otherwise, affords numerous opportunities to play, if he has her favour. A lifestyle labelled dom doesn't necessarily hold the same promise.

Hope some of that makes sense, is early morn here, well crack of dawn, and I should be in bed!

Hmmm Not much talk about the Money Aspect of Pro Doms?

I mean If someone wanted to they could get a Dom on a
part time basis couldn't they do that , without paying? {Maybe, no?}
