thank you all for the wondedrful compliments.I wear my emotions on my sleeve so i welled up with tears a bit.Still emotional from having lost two cousins and now a friend from the old days i just read passed on.It's hard to swallow that loved ones younger than you are now gone but that is life.With the support of friends here on CM and of course Mistress Cat...they have all helped ease the pain.For what it is worth..my level number is correct.That is an average number taken over three months time and this particular test your score must be in the single digits.As i said..doc wants me at 7.My next goal is to get down to 225 pounds and then hopefully i'll shoot the lock off and go for 200 pounds.All of you rock!!!
