i am just curious whether there is a trend for the younger subs especially not to shave? i am older lol obviously and have shaved since i was a teen, but it seems the D's i talk to ask this, and relay some stories of others that do not do this. i was just curious to get some of my sister subs response to this topic.. ty ree

raises hand part of the shaving crowd. that said, it started because of itty bitty bikinis and peer pressure to not show 'that' hair because that was some how more sexual than being smooth. But razor burn can be a bitch.

I think it is a fashion thing, since shaving is much more common in women who reached sexual maturity after the late 1980's. Personally, I would welcome a return to the natural / slightly trimmed look.

I actually find the opposite, My older UM and her friends prefer the cleanliness and sanitary conditions a shaven area provide. To each his own.

I personally bounce back and forth sometimes I stay shaven for a while and sometimes I don't. The problem with shaving is the lovely razor burn and the little in grown hairs, but it's much easier during period time for cleanliness. Sometimes I don't shave just because I'm excessively busy with work, college, and other life stuff and the last thing I have time for it to fight with shaving such a delicate area if I cut my leg it's not too big of a deal so. However some of this might change now that I'm with my dom when your single you don't care quite as much about things like that because your the only one to see it. shurgs overall personal preference.

I prefer the unshaven look. I've surprised a couple of submissives that way that thought that all Doms preferred shaved.

I have Told Sir Aka Big Daddy if he wants it bald than he will have to make me bald since i my self keep it clean and trimed. I used to keep it bald all the time but yeah sorry i haved the red bumps and burn so i let it grow back in.

I got a late start on shaving. didn't start until august of 2008 when my first Dom told me it was a requirment. When we went our separate ways i kept it up and Master expects it. I've actually found I enjoy being shaved.

FR I always maintained a very short trimmed look until a boyfriend suggested that our marathon sex would be better if we both shaved (he had ejaculaion problems). Considering that I keep my legs entirely shaved all year round, I don't know why it never occured to me before. After we broke up I kept it up for cleanliness and it was a desire of mine for m'Lord to have the same preferrence.

i trim my treasure "road" into a treasure trail. i have tried pubic trimming but i find the itchyness down there isnt worth it. i read somewhere about how a shaved guy and bushy girl in a femdom relationship can give an added dominance juring sex, i guess i could see that.

IME, younger people are more likely to keep their pubic hair trimmed or shaved. Part of it is from viewing porn, just take a look at the difference between nude photos from the 1970's and present.

I don't shave had to many ingrown hairs and harmless but painful cysts becauseof shaving. I asked Master if i could forgo shaving. He said ok but i have to keep it trimmed, i always have anyway so that was not a problem. Matt's littleone

I trim for myself. If owned I would do whatever the preference of The Master. But until then, no random Dominant has say so over that domain until such time as a commitment is made.
