Even so, police say the nature of the story makes it a felony. "Anytime you make any threat or possess matter involving a school or function it's a felony in the state of Kentucky," said Winchester Police detective Steven Caudill.

I wonder - does Kentucky have an outstanding warrant for Stephen King, the author of "Carrie?" Is it legal to sell or own that book in Kentucky?

Oo good call.

But there is a law on the books requiring all Kentucky state residents to
take a bath at least once a year.

I found a site that should amuse you, Panda.

Oh, that's bookmarked now, y'all best believe it.

Boy, that was a close call. There was a domme in Miami who wanted me to move down there a couple years ago, and she was heavily into pony play. I never dreamed what a risk she was asking me to take.

I've been to Arkansas. I've heard people in Arkansas speak. I'd like to know how it's possible for the people who live in Arkansas to not mispronounce the name of the State of Arkansas.

The law states that more than 3000 sheep cannot be herded down Hollywood Blvd. at any one time.

I'm telling you, laws that burden the free market with these unreasonable limitations will be the death of this country.

Boy, when you try to cut and paste from another website, this software is just impossible to format, isn't it?

If the details are accurate, that's too bad.  The world continues its decline into insanity.

Nevermind.  I searched a bit more and discovered the charges were dropped after a week.

I am guessing that you somehow missed the part that said;
"Police say they've interviewed seven George Rogers Clark High School students who say Poole tried to recruit them into his group.",
in the first link you posted.

That sounds a little bit like something other then a fictional story to me.
I am satisfied to let the police and the courts sort out the facts and not jump to conclusions based on crappy reporting thank you.

Police and courts, as a standard operating procedure, jump to conclusions and then look for some facts to support them, excluding and ignoring any and all facts that contradict their jumped to conclusions.
