I can see that, too. 

For me, it would be fake.  If I'm being verbal, it's because I'm really not liking what's going on.  To a sadist, that might be great, but I'm not a hard core masochist.  I like a little impact play, but I go very quiet... I guess you might say I'm in my own sort of subspace during that time. 

As for wiggling or attempting to get away... why would I?  What Firm wants, I've agreed to.  To try to move away from him would be trying to take back that submission to his will.  I don't get that, but if he wanted it, it would be hard for me.

Thankfully, Firm isn't much of a sadist.  We'd have a strange dynamic otherwise.
