Status: offline 		I am in the same situation.  While I've been bisexual all my life I have always been oral with men.  My Mistress is trying to train my ass.  One thing that can help is get a tube or oral-gel, the stuff you'd put on your gums for a tooth ache.  Just a dab on your finger and rub it aroud the opening.  This will desensitize the nerves in the immediate area.  When you lube up whatever toy you are going to use put another dab of the oral gel on that.  It will mix with the lube as you insert it and go wherever the lube goes.  This will minimize any sharp pains you may have down to the feeling of just pressure.

Status: offline 		I'll disagree with using medicine to desensitize your sensitive parts.   If you cannot take the pain of doing what you are doing, it is probably your body's way of saying "don't do it."
