I like to try to make a punishment for the offense. In this case, I'd suggest corner time equal to the time she was late.

That would be a very reasonable punishment but id like something with a bit of hurt involed, but beyond simple beatings. thank you though.

Again, without know you or the girl, no one hear is going to be much help. For example, a "simple" beating is more than enough for some, but a reward for others. Similarly, if your girl can't stand the idea of 'corner time' (this is the case with my boy) since it would mean also being 'put out of Master/Mistress's sight', there is nothing more painful. The psychological can and is every bit as intense and pain (and pleasure) inducing than any physical punishment.

Once again your very right as well. However on a simple level id like abstract punishments that involve physical pain. But im not looking for general beating punishments. im trying to go Abstract ideas that arent usually used. A a good abstract one i heard was Hot sause on the pussy.

No answer will be correct for all subs. Punishment should be either doing something to her, or making her do something, that she does not like, or withholding something she craves.. Is she a masochist, or not? What does she not like? What does she crave? Perhaps mix some of them together.

Example, not just standing in the corner and being quiet, but kneeling naked in the corner on raw rice, with thumbs tied together behind her back with string, holding something against the wall with her nose. Perhaps that something is a hand-written 500 word essay of how she is never going to be late again. 3 hours late, becomes 3 hours of corner time.

Perhaps she can scrub the kitchen floor with a brush held in her mouth. Perhaps she can lose bed privileges and sleep on the floor, or in the cage, or in the bathtub.

Some want to please so badly that just knowing they have disappointed you is enough punishment.

If she is a masochist, it may be counterproductive to beat her. There are kinds of pain that even most masochists don't like. Most don't like the cane, hard, with no warm up. Most don't like the wooden pony. If she likes even that, it may work to not give her any pain, or just tickle her.

Before you can decide what will work, you have to know your sub.

band....I think you need to use the KISS method before you move into the more aggressive ones. If you want to cub her tardiness try simple things like priviledge removal or even better turning her lateness back onto her. I.E. she wastes your time by being tardy you wait till there is something or someplace she wishes to go then you remove that by letting her know that her ealier tardiness has caused her to loose this current thing.But I definately would not go to something you are not ready for especially dabbling in a chemical play and sensitive areas of the body when you do not know what will happen or how to control the reaction.

I have done the following with differnt personalitys at differernt times..

Put the sub on the floor face down nose to the wood for the period of time they were late for

Have them sit outside my house for the same period of time they were late for (naked works where I live but I would not reccomend it for everyone)

Hard caning for each minute they were late

Essay written about being tardy and then read outloud in a school girl uniform

I made one boy make up a song about being tardy once, that was hillarious.

Had a boy stare at a clock for 23 minutes and have to "chime" at each minute (the chime was a high pitched tiiiing sound that amused me)

I have heard of somthing I thought to cruel to try but the idea makes me hot. Make a sundial out of a person by sitting them in the sun and having the time they were supoosed to show up say 3:00 drawn in sunblock, and then let them roast for a while.

If you do use hot sauce on her cunt, make sure it is not a sugar based one like red chili sauce, it could give her yeast infections...

Other painful things that I can recommend because I have had them used on me are are ginger, wasabi, vicks vapor rub, chili pepper, and tobasco...

Why the thing with physical pain? The goal of punishment should be to change an unwanted behaviour. In order to do that, you have to understand what caused the behaviour in the first place. IMO, the most effective punishments both address the core issue of why the sub disobeyed and also are things completely unrelated to play. If she is a maso, "abstract" painful punishments may well confuse her. For myself, punishment is not an enjoyable thing, and watching my Dom get his jollies while administering a "punishment" that is supposed to correct my behaviour would just be hella confusing and more than a little annoying. There is a reason that many here are suggesting things like corner time and essays.

That said, things like hot sauce on the pussy or the sunburn thing that CT knew better than to actually do may sound hawt, but become considerably less so when your sub has a bad reaction and you wind up trying to explain what happened to the ER doc.

He could be looking to include pain b/c he is a sadist. There is always peeled ginger in the vagina or ass for time duration of time late. But I have to also wonder....3 hours to something she supposedly 'wanted' to do? In that amount of time I could have my hair cut, colored, blow dried, and manis and pedis...that is a LOT of time...it really could be that there is something larger going on.

Since she's new, you don't have the right to punish her without her consent. Or did you really meet and collar, and get a no limits statement in 12 days? Because if so, her punishment is her own foolishness.

Beyond that, by focusing on punishing her, you are just teaching her that you are incapable of discipline or of guiding her. Instead you are looking for excuses to be sadistic, which she out of the goodness of her heart is giving you.

Don't mix the two up, you're teaching her to do this. She's learning that it doesn't matter what she does, it will just be play anyway. Your fault that.

Wait 15 minutes, then leave. And be responsible by modeling responsible behavior. Meaning call her and tell her since she was late, you went on about your business and will talk to her about setting up a new date. If she wants to see you for some unknown reason, she will start showing up on time. This assumes that her time is her own.

If she lives at home, and needs to borrow a car which is probably the case since you're barely of legal age, then none of it is her fault and punishing her because her parents didn't come straight back and give her the car is wrong on your part. Grow up, since you know she is depending on her parents permission to go places, either go pick herself up if you have a car and gas money, or understand that like yourself she's a kid and cannot set the house rules, any more than you can.

For this recipe you'll need clover clips, rice, a hard floor, a wall, and a clock.

Strip the subject naked. Place rice on a hard floor. Put the clover clamps on the nipples, one one each. Have the subject kneel on the rice about six inches from a clock hung from the wall. Simmer the subject for the exact length of time they were late. Have the subject self 'stir' every five minutes by standing up, removing and reapplying the clover clamps and announcing the time and how much longer they have to go.

While the subject is cooking - sit across the room and observe without comment.

Now here's the difficult part - when finished have them leave. It's 'punishment'; as such it represents a contribution of failure by both parties involved. She by disrespecting you and your time; you, by not communicating the importance of showing up the time you expected, and allowing her to discount you and your time.

Should it occur again - the correction time should be double the time late, a third time - tripled; continue as necessary.

It's more coming off as "funishment" (for him) than punishment from the posts of his. As I have always understood it, punishment is to deter from repeating the infraction. Before I punish, I sit down with the offender and what happened is discussed fully. I try to find the why and the best way to deter them from repeating it. Finding out from them why it is happening if possible and working together on ways to prevent it happening again seems the way to go to me. Communication, open, honest communication can greatly reduce any need for punishment and leave more time for play and fun.

What he's asking for is more along the lines of creative ways to express his sadism which is fine, but why not just ask for that rather than using punishment as an excuse? That's how it's coming off.

My concept differs greatly. That is all on her to figure out how/ why to fix/ determine how to obey me to my satisfaction. I will explain to her what she did wrong. I take zero responsibility for her to "correct her errant behavior". If she is not smart enuff to figure it out on her own, she is not smart enuff to be my bitch.

Is the point to be sadistic, or is it to correct her behavior?

Because those are two different things...
If you want to hurt her, just do hard play, you shouldn't need an excuse or to fuck with her head to get that.
That is, if she is your property and all.

Or if you want to keep her from being late, then ask WTF is going on that she is chronically late
