I'm going to add: I have no sensse of time. If you ask me to tell when 5 minutes has gone by......I'd be way off and it could be either early or late. Everyone always assumes it's a lack of respect on my part. It isn't, I just can't judge it's passage. It wasn't until I met with an organizational expert that I realized what the issue was. That person helped me work out a way to keep me on time. I still lose track of time when I'm reading or playing on the computer, but I've gotten much better when I need to be somewhere. So, in my situation punishment wouldn't have worked. It would have just made me resentful. Perhaps working on cause and cure would be a better plan.

I have at least one clock in every room, sometimes more than one. Especially in the bathroom where it's easy for me to lose time. I literally timed every step of getting ready in the morning. I know that it takes 45 minutes to shower. etc in the morning. 15 minute shower, 15 minutes drying the hair, 15 minutes getting dressed and face. ~FR~ OP, I'm not trying to be rude here but if you can't even figure out how to fix a minor problem you are in for a shit load more of them coming up. I know for me, in my relationships at the begining period, if he is incapable or doesn't bother to correct a mistake, chances are it'll happen again, and if still nothing happens then I'd probably figure he really doesn't give a damn either way and stop bothering to make sure I did anything right. If the Dominant can't be bothered make sure things are getting done the way he wants when he wants, why should the sub?? You set the tone of the relationship right from the first day. If you don't then you get to spend alot of time later on correcting things and re-teaching.

I had a young woman , as you describe, she was late often. In ritual she was required to reveal all, and accept the punishment of correction and the education to do better. As a Mature Master , I have had so many to train, teach and release, and I have not lost quality contact with anyone, because one must be honest, fair and compassionate with each other, be it Mistress, Master or submissive. I don't know if this has been suggested or not (I didn't read the entire thread), but how about spreading some uncooked rice on the floor in the corner and have her kneel for her corner time....it gets painful awfully fast

I'd ask her "Do you disrespect my time?" the answer would of course be "no" (if it's "yes" - you have way deeper problems than this) Then explain why you waiting on her is not acceptable. Find out if you need to schedule later, or if it's just laziness on their part. If it's laziness, then corner time with a loud ticking clock.. then sending her home unfulfilled ought to get the message across especially if it's on more than one occasion. If you were looking for better masturbation material, then you're in the wrong place.
