What is the total contribution to "Global Warming" when thye President of the United States flies in everything and everyone needed to make a pizza? Is the President not at all concerned that the global warming crisis is real? 2. The President says we must all sacrifice in this time of financial crisis. I'm wondering, did he omit the extra cheese... ?

I can't believe somebody makes this into an article........ in regards to the global warming..if he can do this then good for him. We're all going to die anyway, and even though everybody would stop driving their cars, flying their planes etc. etc. the global warming wouldn't stop. Global warming is 'caused by the nature and it always happens once in a while and there's nothing we can do about it. It even happened when the humans didn't exist. All we "might" be able to do is to postpone the inevitable. I hope the pizza will taste awesome..and if he sees this post then he would be even more awesome if he'd make one pizza come my way[;)]

No, thing is... I've never been able to just print so much money that I could ever even dream of so many different ways to waste it like this. But, oh well. It's only our tax money, and our children's tax money, right? No big deal. I guess my question would be, how often do they bring guest chefs into the White House in general? It isn't like the family living there can hop in the sedan and go out for dinner. Seems perfectly reasonable for someone asked to cater an event like this to bring their own tools and ingredients. Now if you want to make a case that the perks of the job are going to the Obama's heads, I'm going to need to see quite a few more examples.

Nothing in your little story about pizza indicated in any way shape or form the taxpayer got stuck with the bill. The President actually draws a handsome salary sanity....why do you assume he didn't pick up his own tab?

It only bothers me because the man preaches endlessly about the evils of SUVs and our use of power for business and pleasure... due to his imaginary friend, global warming of course. But then he has the audacity to fly a pizza chef thousands of miles for a pizza party at the White House... all the while telling you and me that we're going to have to sacrifice. No offense, Sanity, but lighten up. mike, it took Me literally almost four years to find a decent pizza in the South. Not quite as good as some of the places that I've been, but absolutely extraordinary compared to some places that I've been. Should you ever make it down this way, I'll be happy to take you along.
