Define... "better"... Considering that the majority of Earth's population of 6 billion souls lives without clean water, sanitation, or food to fill their stomachs... yeah, I suppose you could say I'm "better" than most. The fact that a huge percentage of the world lives struggling for survival in lands turned upside down by famine, war and disease.... (much of which WE caused) then yeah, I guess I'm "better." How do I feel about that? Fucking lucky as hell. But it also makes me realize we're all living in a house of cards, and a hurricane is on the horizion.

I'll be honest with you, it's as much of a curse as a blessing. But I struggle on nobly regardless, never complaining about the burden that is my superiority. I should really get the Nobel Peace Prize or something like that.

With the passing years I find myself returning to the pack somewhat. These days one can more easily appreciate the problems and aspirations of the common peons and proles. Which largely amount to: Problems: Decent battery life, good coffee and finding a pen that works. Aspirations: Loose shoes, tight pussy and a warm place to shit. Either a cheese or chocolate topping on everything.
