ORIGINAL: YourhandMyAss marie, I dont know about your health care provider, but at Kaiser, appointments specially for specialists fill up months in advance, and it's not practical to cancel your appointment over bruises, since you'll likely be 2 or 3 months in getting another one. quote:
ORIGINAL: marie2 If it was me, I would just change the appointment. I guess if it's that hard to secure an appointment, I would be mindful of the date, and make sure not to get bruises or marks on my body before going. I'm not saying that's how everyone should feel. But for me, it's the simplest and easiest option. Yes, that is one option, but I find that honesty with my healthcare professionals is effective, they never make a big deal of my bruises when I have them. It is better for me that way so that we can continue to play as hard as we want regardless of MD appointments.
