ORIGINAL: LuckyAlbatross For me worship is pretty much just that- it's a head/spirit place that is divine, it is focused energy, in which the persons body becomes the conduit for your love and devotion, for your sacrifice and your prayers. You are a pilgrim allowed to kneel at the alter of their flesh. Indeed a very intense head space on both sides of the coin. My first boot blacking, at Nevada Women of Leather (back in 2000), fell into that category. I had made friends with a boot black during the day, during some of the seminars. During the evening, she offered to black my boots in exchange for an experience with the singletail. I had no idea of the experience I was about to have. She started with a poem/song, while rubbing the boots with her hands to warm the leather. She then proceeded to use her body to warm them further. Her eyes were closed and I could feel the electricity through the boot leather. It was at this point I found myself going into my headspace in a huge way - how could one not? She prepared the leather, spread the blacking and shined the boots in a way that was clearly sensual, spiritual and religious in her mind - and I was quite taken away by the display. It was only about a fifteen minute blacking, but it felt like an enter night. She ended the session with her forehead on my toes. I felt like I was coming out of a fog. As a young Dominant, that taught me the power of worship and of total service on a single subject. That, to me, defines worship and service, and the differences between the two. The gentleman at the airport is providing a service. SHE worshipped my boots. Regards, EO
