Have you considered the bondage- strip in reverse ?

When preparing your striptease costume incorporate nice silky scarves or long opera gloves, depending on the size of your wrists. You can either have the scarves wrapped prettily around each wrist or as an adornment on your outfit. Do your striptease, and end it binding your wrists with the scarves offering your bound arms to him. Using opera gloves, you leave them on for the entire striptease, at the end seductivly remove tying the non finger end to each wrist and tying the finger part together.

Another thing that I have done that worked nicely is: wear some pretty thigh highs, the ones with the pretty lace at the top... as you strip, do that little stripper move: when removing place thigh highs around his neck, play a little with that, letting him feel the material on his neck, leave them on his neck, like a scarf. As you finish your dance. At the end, approach him and slowly remove the thigh highs, and bind yourself offering your bound arms to him.

It's more a symbolic dance, but it gives him the idea and he can improvise from that point and take it in his own direction.
