Last night, I watched via (netflix) a fetish film that had, up until now, under my radar. It's "Preaching To The Perverted" made in England in 1997. (For more about the film, go to http://www.preachingtotheperv.com/pages/synopsis.html ) The kink scenes, at a London fetish club and a country manor, are wayyy over the top. Well worth seeing! The plot is kinda so-so, but you should judge for yourselves on that. So far my favorite on-topic film is "The Secretary". What are some of your favorites? sirdarcy

Glad to have you on board....ehhh kink films always seem so poorly done.. 9 1/2 weeks i think is the name of it with kim bassenger its pretty much a yawner but the only kink film that comes to mind BadOne

I never understood the hype about the movie. Concerning kink movies i am no expert, but we had some years a very long discussion about La Strada and the D/s crew was adamant, that it was a S/M movie. And there is that english one Personal Service that has very niceand funny moments. And Bound was great.

bitter moon with hugh grant (on a cruise ship) Sin City with bruce willis and mickey rourke (cartoon like) blue velvet...weird and i once saw a very disturbing movie about a boy who was stolen by two guys who then brought him up as a wild thing, biting and killing people. They were living somewhere out in the desert and they kept him in a cage and one of the guys 'breast' fed him from a sack hung on his chest...it was embarrassingly weird, never knew the title i loved the secretary

Bitter moon is great, especially as a movie. The play, the actors, camera, music..the whole package.

I smuggled "Preaching to the perverted" into the house when I was still living at home, I must have push Myself a mile to get to the local video store to rent it lol. It was o.k, 9 1/2 weeks just wond Me up lmao, I kept think Kim Basinger -can't- be happy being covered in all that mess!. I've not seen many and can't remember being impressed with any.

Well, speaking of "over the top," I watched one from Netflix about a week ago called "Sadomania" that was definitely that.[:)] Here's the blurb from the Netflix site: "Soon after newlyweds Olga (Uta Koepke) and Michel (Angel Caballero) set foot on the grounds of a notorious women's prison, they're arrested by topless guards and ushered behind bars, where the warden (transsexual adult film star Ajita Wilson) quickly dismisses Michel but demands that Olga do a little time. Director Jesus Franco also makes an appearance as a masochistic white enslaver in this erotically over-the-top S&M romp." All these hot women stand around breaking big rocks into little ones with tiny cutoff jean shorts and no tops. Ok, that part is good[;)] Sexy female warden proceeds to arbitrarily do cruel things to them including whipping, caging, fucking, selling some, etc. It has it's hot moments but it's definitely cheesy. My favorite funny part was where one of the girls had been sold into prostitution and supposedly was dying from VD. This was evidenced by the fact that one of her tits appeared to be moldy and rotting off...lol....not sure what particular STD that was supposed to be. There's a scene involving a dog that I won't go into detail on but, suffice it to say, I didn't know pooches were into the stand-up missionary position...hmmmm..... Definitely a watch for a time you're into some kink but want a few chuckles and cheesy thrills too! luci

Can't believe nobody's mentioned good ol' Rocky Horror Show yet... Anyone recall the huge bruhaha about "The Pet" last year? Bugger me, that was a letdown... Aside from that, gotta give nods to Preaching to the Pervs (saw it Yearrrs ago and got it on VHS...if only we still had a Video player...), The Secretary and Bound...Excellent stuff... If anyone's lucky enough to find a source for it, Documentary maker Nick Broomfield did a half-decent hourlong thing by the name of "Fetishes". That's good watching. Also, maybe it's just me, but what about "[url=http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0093693/]Overboard[url]" for a mindfuck movie? And let's not forget the two Gor movies...or maybe we should....

I must admit I had watched several kink films over the years before filming My 20 films. I liked "Preaching to the Perverted", "Maitresse", "Seduction; A Cruel Woman", and "Personal Services", but I preferred "Exit to Eden" most because of it's humour, exotic location, and I like the slave who was assigned to Rosie O'Donnell's character. he was extremely considerate and attentive. The perfect slave for serving Me.

Fitznicely, how the Rocky Horror Picture Show could have slipped my mind is ununderstandable. Richard O. Brien and the cast gave us a great movie. And certainly helped me the movie to understand, that i am not alone in my desires.

Preaching to the perverted is a must watch film despite it's cheesiness lol. I saw it way back when it first came out. Movies which have always given me the horn include:- Any of the vampire chronicles especially queen of the damned. Green street and green street 2 - yummy football violence. The libertine. I was never impressed with the secretary, she was way too much of a brat for my liking lol.

It's aged terribly and it's full of that Catholic guilt trip thang that's actually quite sinister. Bunuel's stuff induces an existentialist nausea that's actually quite disturbing. There is no celebration of life in there. Belle de Jour is interesting as a piece of film history... not much else.

Thanks to all of you for you responses and for turning me on to some new titles. Also, I want to add one more thought about "Preaching..." I really enjoyed the level of authenticity throughout most of the film. In particular, the country manor scenes, which were partly a tribute to vintage fetish artist, John Willie. (as is my nickname, BTW) Casting Roger Lloyd-Pack, a John Willie lookalike, as the owner of the country manor, Cutts-Watson, was all very intentional. Even the name, Cutts-Watson, refers to Willie's real family name, Coutts. And the scene, where the Peter Emery character is decked out as a pony boy pulling a gig, is pure Willie.
