The biological goal of Tantra is orgasm retention.{Not multiple orgasm} For many people in the west Tantra has become a buzzword, a quick identification icon that signifys an interest in and practice of, any sexual expression. By practicing tantra one consequentially learns to avoid the contractions that initiate the emission of semen. {Notably: in the typical orgasm both female and male there are 8 - 25 muscular contractions} Orgasm is neither the goal of a Prostate or Lingam/penis massage - The goal is to massage the penis, also including testicles, perineum and Sacred Spot (the equivalent to the female G-spot), awhich allows the man to surrender to a form of pleasure he may not be used to. If it appears that he is going to ejaculate, back off, allowing the penis to soften a little before resuming the massage. Do this several times, coming close to ejaculation, and then backing off. The goal again is not orgasm. Men can learn the art of "ejaculatory control" by coming close to ejaculation and then backing off on the stimulation; an edging technique. Deep breathing is key here and will soften the urge to ejaculate. Eventually "ejaculatory control" will allow the man to become multi-orgasmic without ever losing a drop of semen! Also a non-religious spiritual form of sexuality is Karezza . Karezza is largely the same process or body control found amiss Tantrikas but it utilizes pranic energy with orgasm in mind: The process occurs when, after an extended period of tantric lovemaking or auto-eroticism it becomes impossible to distinguish pre-orgasm from orgasm -- one achieves a sort of "flowing" state of continual orgasm which lasts; often for hours without ever ejaculating. Orgasm and ejaculation are two different responses that one can learn to seperate.
