I hope you will all watch this whole series of videos.It can really open your eyes.Stop and realize that Rep. and Dem. are on the SAME SIDE.Its about MUCH more then our 2nd amendment rights.Videos 8 through 11 are most interesting but PLEASE watch them all.

Anti tax woo. The 16th amendment was ratified by enough states. The law requiring the payment of income tax, and the filing of returns, is U.S.C. 26. The Federal Reserve is not system of turning money into debt.

Perhaps you can explain, fully, to me why every single piece of paper currency issued in this country reads at the very top, "Federal Reserve NOTE"? If a "note" isn't debt, what is it? You are somewhat correct in stating that the Fed is not a system of *turning* money into debt ... the Fed *creates* money *AS* debt.
Great idea O59, but space aliens wouldn't take him ... it's a known fact that they don't bother with life forms lower than the cattle they mutilate.

Dollars now say Federal Reserve note because technically that's what they're called. However they are fiat money. IOW it is simply a medium of exchange. I will not that coins are put into circulation by the Federal Reserve system as well but are not designated Federal Reserve anything.

As to the Federal Reserve creating money that is a fallacy. The Department of the Treasury prints and mints all the US currency. The currency is put into circulation by way of the federal reserve system but there is no debt created when a dollar is printed or put into circulation.

In the strictest sense the old hard currencies were debts as they represented a quantity of some valuable good that they could then be exchanged for. Fiat currencies OTOH are simply a symbol that we accept as a medium of exchange.

Ok I'm looking up U.S.C. 26. and I'm not seeing a where it says its a law that you have to pay...Help please?...How would the guy win the case in court if it were a law?Just trying to understand.

Nobody has ever won a case claiming there isn't a law requiring payment of income taxes or the filing of returns.

Specifically for filing returns look up U.S.C. 26 6011 and 6012. For actually paying see U.S.C. 26 6151.

And I'm telling you they misrepresent, and in at least one instance quote deceptively, the cases in question. If you go into court and claim U.S.C. 26 doesn't exist you will lose.

Do independent research on the matter with a skeptical attitude toward claims that are too good to be true, like you can simply not pay taxes and get away with it, and you will come away with the same knowledge I gained by doing so. That is the knowledge that everyone claiming to have some way to legally not pay taxes is either a fraud or a fool.

I think that the tax part about it is a lil far fetched but there is an argument there...But I am still on the side of NO MORE TAXES and think we are being taxed to death.The personal properties tax is something I totally disagree with and its not right.Theres a tax on everything now.But as for the rest of the video I think alot of that is true and we are moving towards a 1 world gov eventually.Its all very scary when we bring up martial law,confiscation of guns,national I D cards and implanted chips and so on.

The no tax movement reminds me of 'get rich quick' schemes. People who are ignorant and not terribly bright fall for it because it makes them feel like they're about to get something for nothing. It's really very, very sad [&o] .

And why do you think they wouldn't? Soldiors follow orders and do what they are told ... that's exactly what they are trained to do. If they can be trained to surrender their own life in the line of duty, why wouldn't they take yours if told to do so?

That's because, technically, that's what they *are*, notes! They are a mortgage, a debt, a promise, an IOU and nothing else. Today's "dollar" is backed by nothing except the good faith, trust and belief in the American people to honor that promise. Do you even understand that the "Federal Reserve" is a private corporation? You probably think our system of government is a democracy too.

Not surprisingly...wrong on all counts. The 16th amend. was NOT ratified by nearly enough of the states. If the courts were not corrupt, we'd have in our constitutional rights that to file our income with the govt. is to incriminate ourselves in so far as govt. would later claim that I owe a tax that I didn't pay.

The federal reserve is as the blogs and records of researchers tell us...is a PRIVATE bank and is charging the 'fed funds rate' for every dollar it prints. We have had and will continue to have bankers running treasury, the fed., our govt. and...us.

I'm a veteran and there is no way US troops would follow the sorts of orders these folks claim are about to be issued en masse.

Do you understand that the previous fiat currency, United States Notes, differed only in how they were put into circulation? They were not debt and neither are present day currency. What could fiat currency possibly be an IOU or debt of? They don't have any backing at all.

Just a quick way to see what is wrong with the "currency is debt" meme. Who is the debt owed to and what is it payable in? Where are the balance sheets? How is the interest paid and when is the principal due?
