At the risk of sounding like an asshole..... How is this unlike masturbating but you are just adding causing yourself pain with it? (but its a serious question).....isn't this just masturbation? Don't get me wrong....nothing wrong AT ALL with masturbating.

If they have a digital camera, you can dream up some embarrassing tasks and have them take photographic evidence. For eg, I tell male subs to go to particular places, pee and take a pic. Forgive me but I have not read all the responses...but I have had a few very long standing and intense online relationships that have boiled over into Rt and then back again.... here are somet hings we did that fitted into our relationship... I would get him to email me each monday morning by 9am his schedule for the week. After agreeing how much I would encroach into his life, I would do things like text him and tell him to be online in 20 mins. The level of intolerance on these boards is still alive and well I see. Online long distance relationships are bloody hard but can work and maintain a good D/s interaction when done well. Set your sub/slave daily tasks to do, get them to keep a journal, getting photographs or videos of them completing the tasks, see areas where you thing they could improve their lives and get them to work on that, i.e. loosing weight, learning a new skill etc. If you think they should gain real life experience then get them to interact with other BDSMers etc. My Sir is at a distance. Our sexual interaction is not the main priority of our dynamic. At present the physical side is limited, of course it is. But for me, and for Him, it is the mental submission to Him and that side of who I am that fullfills the submissive side of my nature, and the Dominant part of His, without that the physical side and the sex is simply sensation and, for U/us, pretty meaningless. I have grown as a sub under His guidence tremendously. Part of my tasks and what He wants from me is that my life is not on hold for Him, quite the contrary.
