How I'd answer these: "Thank you for allowing me to pleasure you."
I don't think I've ever had a man ask me if I liked the flavor or if I liked swallowing.
I have had them tell me to "swallow it all", but usually the ones interested in that are watching while you do it because they get a charge out of knowing that you did swallow, and they're likely to have both hands buried in your hair pulling you down on them at the time it all explodes, which helps with the deep throat swallowing.
I can get a lot of mileage out of the submission involved in performing oral service, and that's the main thing I do get from it if I'm not emotionally involved with the person. If I were in an emotional relationship, then I'd have the happy warm glowing feeling of knowing that I expressed my love and devotion in a way that gave them pleasure.
For my OWN pleasure, I'd pick performing oral service on a woman every time, because I find it incredibly erotic.
