I know this is Ask a Submissive / Slave, and I'm a Heterosexual Dom who has never sucked a dick in my life...
But I've got probably some of the best solutions ever for this....
First, I can't believe no one has mentioned this....

They make this stuff for a reason. I always kept some on hand for girls who were not too keen on oral sex.
Try a couple different ones and then when you find one you like the taste of, then buy a decent size container of it.
This is my suggestion for method:
Keep the container in your purse. When its time to give a BJ, break it out as though "its something special for your Dom" and frankly it will make things more enjoyable for him too, because you'll start by pouring a pool in your hand and give a hand job. From a recipient, a hand job with lube is better than one without and the Dom is none the wiser that you've made things taste much better.
After starting with the hand job, then commence oral. Both of you benefit. Marginally better taste, and better bj for the Dom.
Another thing I suggest, is giving a BJ with a peppermint altoid... First, it provides a taste to mask the BJ itself, secondly, both provide very pronounced sensations. It goes the extra mile because the peppermint provides tingling (note: some will find it too intense) and masks taste.
Suckers / Blow Pops and a BJ also can be amazing - particularly because if done right, it can provide extra friction - just make sure the blow pop / sucker is of the round variety and has been sucked for long enough that there are no edges (i.e. not fresh out the wrapper) I would say hard candy, but you want to be careful that you don't use anything you'll choke on if you accidentally swallow it - so altoids are basically as big as you should get.
If you want to get really adventurous, I've heard about giving head with Pop Rocks in the mouth or a combo Mentos / Diet Coke - basically the verdict is widely mixed on both and the Mentos / Diet Coke one seems as though it could be more urban myth.
I do know that one person mentioned chocolate - but might I also add the sensation possibly of a bite of chocolate ice cream. Have a small pint with a spoon and between going at it, take small bites. Its kinky, but the cold and the brief but sensual stopping and starting to take another bite will delay ejaculation for the Dom - which could be bliss for but shows and a guy who prematurely ejaculates from oral, but will be less appreciated by those who are slower to orgasm.
Anyways, be adventurous. As someone who knows about receiving rather than giving head, its fine to resort to these tricks, particularly if you play them off as "I'm going the extra mile for my man" rather than "I'm completely disgusted by your cum, and hence I have to resort to this."
