Bottom is the person taking a 'bottom' role usually in play - the person on the receiving end of play. You don't have to be submissive to be a bottom, but you can hand over temporary control of a scene. It's opposite would be a 'Top'.

I would disagree with that Ms Awesomeness - A bottom isn't bedroom only - it's more 'scene' orientated. Bedroom submissives exist for the bedroom, but the OP hasn't spoken about submission at all, just orders and they are really specific (oral)... that's a big indication of bottoming(to us anyway). Giving over control but retaining authority. But meh - it's all labels at the end of the day.
