Status: offline 		i do have a anger problem i know i do. but the slave i have has been throu enough with her past masters/mistresses. and yes she pisses me off sometimes and so do other people but. her health could not handle it if i unleashed any amount of anger on her. she would freak out and probably have a heart attack or a panic attack which any panic attack could kill her. she doesn't have an expiration date or anything but yeah i get pissed off and when i am about to to walk throu the door or look at her i want to just punish her for either wat she did or what someone else did. my question is how do you think i could unleash without losing a good slave?

To be fair, no one has complete "control" of themselves. Anyone who thinks they do is dangerous. I'll deal much more readily with people who know how tenuous their hold on their decision-making process is, than those who think they're always capable of making the right decision.

This, not so much. This happens all the time - some people are better at admitting to it, and others are better at hiding it, but everyone lets their emotions effect their decisions. It's better to work with that effect than to rationalize it away in some elaborate "I meant to do that!"/"They totally deserved it!" way, which I've seen many, many people (myself included) do.

We're not perfect, not one of us. We still function the best we can.

That was a rather radical interpretation of the text. I never said anything about complete control or always being capable of making the right decision. That said, someone who is responsible for the well being of another human, let alone the ownership of one, should have his/ her shit together enough to exert control over his/ her own behaviour.

Now you have taken a left turn on me. I said nothing about rationalizing a behaviour. I said that taking your anger out on your sub/ slave because you cannot control yourself is unacceptable in the way the OP stated, and (to me) it is.

If you are concerned that you can't control your anger and already admit that you have a problem then no offense but what the heck are you doing? If you are really concerned about her health then you go get better.

What you are saying is you are basically a loose canon. Again..professional help/anger management before you do some serious damage to someone else or yourself.

There is no doubt you do not enjoy the anger you feel. The effects it is having on you personally may not be evident now...but wait a few years and it will rear its ugly head. Stomach ulcers, cardiac issues, etc. The longer you wait, the harder it is to get your anger under control.

Your journal suggests serious health issues for you and your post suggests them as well for her and there seem to be major emotional/mental issues as well for both of you.  If she's young and has been through a lot with previous owners as you state, she's going through unhealthy relationships at warp speed.

With that amount of issues at such an early age for the two of you, I wonder if drugs are involved.  If so, kick them.

What you need to do is develop coping strategies - go to the gym, take up boxing, slam your head repeatedly in the fridge door, whatever works.

The simple answer to your question is "Don't use HER!"

My opinion, and this is JUST my opinion, is that you can't control another until you can control yourself. Get on it, pal, for her sake, get on top of it SOON, or let her go.

Status: offline 		Call your doctor and ask for a referral to the nearest anger management treatment. Also get a physical looking for causes of rage. Thyroid problems can cause this, so can other things. Make sure this isn't a physical problem such as a small benign tumor on the brain which is another cause.

In the meantime explain that you have an anger problem, that you are looking into it, and suggest that she just lock herself in the other room if she needs to or leaves the house and suggests you would benefit from a long walk/run.

Heavy daily exercise should tire you out enough that you won't get angry to that degree.

Take some anger management classes, talk to a professional. When you have your issues in order, you should have no problems brining someone else into your life.

Get some help ~ it's called Anger Management.
Or you might find yourself in jail with the course a mandatory requirement.

Status: offline 		NEVER hit a slave (or anyone) out of anger!!!  This IS NOT BDSM, it is ABUSE!!  A Master or Dom only swats, slaps, floggs, etc...their slave for training or "play" (ok, hate the term play)....not because they are pissed off at someone!  Do your slave a good thing...move out, get treatment for anger and don't try this again.

I read what you wrote twice, in a sense of amazement. You're young, so you can be forgiven for not having control of your anger. I just don't for the life of me understand what function the anger would have with your slave. Anger is destructive, it serves no purpose. All I can tell you that if you allow your anger to intrude into a relationship, any kind of relationship, you will eventually lose that relationship.
