KNOXVILLE, Tenn. - Tennessee prosecutors have dropped charges against a Georgia man accused of kidnapping and raping a woman in a Smoky Mountain cabin before a pizza deliveryman called police.

off topic kinda

just out of curiosity ( more an english "lesson" question)
how can a "victim" be saved. IF you are a victim..isn't saving to late then?
Isn't saving...to prevent?
