Well, I didn't think I had anything to add to the roll-call. Most of my life these days has revolved around work, and aside from learning to make some new cheeses, there just wasn't much going on... but then, my daughter fixed me up on a blind date with a gentleman who shops at the boutique she works at. It went quite well, actually, and it is our intention to see one another again. He's a submissive-type, highly intelligent, and a very pleasant conversationalist -- he also likes playing Chaos Chess. I thought I was the last person alive who enjoyed that particular form of sadomasochistic mental exercise.

Anyway, now I have something interesting to add.

I don't usually have anything to say in these roll calls, but a lot has happened. I left South Korea, and now I'm in Oakland, still trying to figure out what I'm going to do next. Had a really bad experience in Korea and am so glad to be back in the states, but it sure doesn't feel like I'm back because I came back without a plan of work or a place to stay. Having to take each day at a time as I acclimate back to my surroundings. But it's happening.

Well, I haven't posted anything in these role call threads before (at least I don't think I have but the memory isn't what it used to be). I thought now might be a good time to start as this is a month of change for me.

June is my birthday month...I'll be 43 in a week...and I've decided I really do like being 40-something.
I've been really focused on my jobs...sometimes too focused, so that needs to change or strike a balance. I've been in a career holding pattern for too long and would like to try something completely different. Yes, that means school is being considered also.
I'm learning to accept and appreciate my singleness more. In fact, friends only for now is a really good thing!
Looks like I'll be planning a trip out to WA in August...a chance to meet a friend from CM and see the sights. I'm considering a move in the future(a year or so) out west so I'm looking forward to the chance to explore the area with the help of a good guide.
I've recovered from foot surgery that was just over a month ago and feel like I could climb a mountain, especially since finding hiking shoes that fit aren't an issue. Now, if I could just find some affordable, well-made sexy leather boots with 2 inch heels (can't wear high heels anymore) that come in women's 12 www I'd be just dandy!!!

Have a wonder-filled month of June everyone[:)]

I have been busy between work and life. My lil one has earned her name finally......... I am hoping her collar will be back around her neck soon.{ who knew engraving could take so long } I am looking forward to the summer. I am one of the few who likes living in Arizona in the summer. I am spending more time at the local community functions. It has been nice reconnecting with old friends and making new friends. Life is good. I have My lil one and My boyfriend not to mention several new chew toys..............................

Been forever since I last checked in, and My sins keep rollin... oh wait.. that's from catholic school times. NM.
I've really enjoyed creating so much ART -  the Spring SOS VA Gallery will be up till the 12th at the Art Annex at TESC.  
    Going to be a Super Senior at Evergreen State next year - only need 18 upper division Psych credits, but you know how it is there at treehugger college - classes come in bundles.
So if all goes well, I'll graduate next Spring after a field trip to Cancun Mexico for the Psychologist's Convention.
    Summer classes start around the 28th, just enough time for Me to visit My little Sister's new house in Concord, Wa.

Making a trip to Canada really soon to meet a yummy girl, damn I love it when they are - real - and smart and useful!

It's been more'n a year now since Mistress and I officially started our relationship, and She is jet-setting again while I stay behind. She's left today for two and a half months in Europe on various archaeological projects and, then in August She comes back for two weeks to order affairs before moving back to Canada. Meanwhile I stay behind in Tennessee, alone and going stir crazy from lack of affection-sex-play while trying to drown my sorrows in work towards a degree in Philosophy and Anthropology/Sociology/Theater (I still rightly don't know what my minor will be) and frequent masturbation. For the next two years at minimum.

So, yeah. I'm a might tetchy these days.

Meh, June's started out kind of crappy. I've been busy with school and tutoring, haven't been going to the gym enough and my golf game has fallen apart. Other than that I received my aid 'award' last week and personally find their use of the word 'award' in that context insulting. usually you get something from an award. Whatever.

I did run into someone who I could see myself falling madly in love with yesterday. It's someone I used to work with who was trying to reconcile with her husband last time I spoke with her. It's completely over between the two of them at this point, so I'm wondering what my next move is with her. I have no clue what her thoughts on kink are, but I'd regret not trying to get to know her more and find out. Who knows.

Other than that, I'm just trying to get myself back on track for the goals I've set for myself this summer and still looking for the unicorn that is the woman of my dreams.

Just dealing with my bipolar and fibromyalgia on a day to day basis. Mom is in Jamaica right now so I am housesitting and make sure George, the ancient cocker spaniel, does not strave to death. I got a pdoc appt. next week and my b'day is this week. I am going to serve up steak that night instead of salad or frozen dinners.

I think the meds are about to hit me...I am tearing up...wait, that's from the dog passing gas...new meaning to tear gas...AGGGG!
