I'd like to do golden showers in my sessions but I can't get over my pee fright. It doesn't matter how much beer, water, coffee or gatorade I've had or how badly I have to go - when I'm standing over someone it just.... doesn't happen. Anyone have tips on how to get past this?

Standing up *is* hard at first. Try squatting right over the male's face instead.

I'm honestly not offering this advice as a joke.  Most men, I'd bet, have had to learn a similar trick:

Standing amongst a bunch of drunken slobs at a gents' public urinal used to make me 'clam up'.  I learned to stare fixedly at a spot on the wall and start imagining something pleasant and relaxed.  Soon, the relevant muscle down there relaxes and flow is achieved.  Once started, there's never a problem.

What peon said. Also it helps if you run a tap, I know it sounds a little weird, but one time I had to give a urine sample, and didn't have to go, the nurse told me to just run the tap and it worked.

go out to the woods, bring your sub with you find some deserted waterfall (so ya won't get fined for public offense or whateva it is)...drink tons of beer...and then..wait
the waterflow from a sink has never helped me..the sound of a waterfall is somehow different

I learned in school, and it worked for me, that when someone is having difficulty urinating (usually related to awkwardness of the environment), you run water, and that is helpful.    So, try turning on the  faucet next time you try.    I don't know if the running water is relaxing, or whether the running water takes one's attention into the moment, rather than thinking about one's hangups about urination.    M

What always works for me at the gents' urinal is staring at a spot on the wall, thinking of it as a tropical island on a map, then being on that island standing at the top of a waterfall.  Can't beat it.

Except by going into a cubicle, anyway.

You know, I cannot get behind peeing in a boat!  You pee over the side...

you could tryto start by kneeling in a dry tub (without pee-or present) and run water and have a bowl of warm water to dip your hands  in, get really relaxed and wait, and wait, and  wait.....not thinking good or bad about it......

get comfortable with that, take a nice long bath after and when you do do it, then reward yourself, a chocolate truffle or whatever, then work on changing one thing or two and retry again, stand up and have  music  on for instance.... until youare close to what you are going to have under actual circumstances....and keep rewarding yourself.

Eh, piss on 'em.

Bashful bladders are common. You may want to try peeing in a cup first and disposing it that way, either over him or in his mouth. You may have to pee in private at first, but eventually you will begin to relax and the flow will come easier. Do not be discouraged as this is a worthy practice.

you might try the freshett for-2-pee funnel. it is usually in the camping and sporting goods  and allows you to pee standing up. practicing with this will help, its different at first but once you start peeing standing up with it then it will help with the golden showers. also you can just collect it in a container for when you bladder gets shy so you can still give your nectar.

Running the tap does help but I find that by holding it as long as I can and then(staying close to a bathroom of course) make the sub lay down NOW! It works and the subs seem to be excited that I decided to do it spur of moment! Coffee is a big bladder stimulater to me.

The first time I ever did golden was with a sub that really wanted to try it. Here is what I did that worked for me, we went in the bathroom and I put one leg up on the side of the tub, bent my other leg slightly at the knee so I was standing totally straight and he knelt between my and started licking/sucking on my urethra.  I had drank a lot of water/soda/tea and had a very full bladder and his warm mouth/tongue did the trick.  Also, I did tell myself in my head that it was ok and to relax.

Now I have no problem with it at all but the first time was 13 years ago. However, I do find it to be an intimate act and I don't do it with casual play partners.

Good Luck

I wouldn't advise coffee.  It doesn't only stimulate the bladder.  There could be an  embarrassing outcome that might mar the erotic experience for both parties.

Ok...drink water, then get ready to do your thing and if it doesn't work start counting.

This is also the same technique often used for getting clients to pee for urine lab tests. It works quite well.

You can combine this with face sitting and it gets really hot if you start to count out loud then...a matter of endurance for the bottom.

Don't stand up...use a fake toliet seat. Then shut your eyes and plug your ears. And maybe hum a little tune. Sounds silly, but I've seen even experienced dommes do it.
