I tried to get Darth Vader's theme music played when I took my place but the wife put the boot down on that one too.

Another good way to find out the name of a song (and who performs it) is to Google the words you do remember and it's amazing what they come up with.  i usually then go to You Tube to check it out.  Since i like all kinds of music it's a great way to find the oldies, the newbies and the middle of the road stuff.

Hope y'all have fun!!

There is a light that never goes out.

Because... we all need some beauty.

Big Band is hard to go wrong with... especially Glen Miller. You could also look around for CDs of upbeat Broadway showtunes.

Light chamber music is pretty good, if it fits your crowd, but generally, you want to keep the toes tapping rather than put the folks asleep.

There is one song that is rather popular... "I Knew the Bride When She Used to Rock n' Roll." Although the artists name beats me.
