Regardless of the dynamics (Side of the kneel or lack there-of), I would say highly, highly unlikely.
Can't say never but unlikely.
I believe the most contact I have allowed from a person on a first meeting (Well, had met the guy once many years prior for a couple of minutes) was for a male who was behaving in a Dominant fashion toward me to bite my neck. That was seriously hot! :>
