Status: offline 		Not only is that the dumbest question(obviously trying too hard to get a reaction from people) but your racist attitude is in the question itself.  If you're not going to use the term African American then say "black people" because thats what we are...people.  Don't call us "blacks" as if we're some lower form of society.  Do you refer to Indians or Asians as browns and yellows?  Remember who the president of your country is and have some respect

Not sure how that's relevant...actually, it's no different from what is implied in the OP

What an... interesting question.

Well, as a black man, I can speak to that.

I'm not a "my country right or wrong" type.  Far from it.

But, yes.  I've worn and continue to wear red-white-and-blue t-shirts.

I don't look like the flag, but the shirts do have those colors.

Did I do something wrong???

No?  Good!

Still... what an interesting (or something) question...

By the way, the lack of black people responding tells you something about who is here on these message boards (and maybe on this website) and who is not, in my humble opinion.

Can't wait for the rest of the black-people's-sartorial-preferences conversation!

Where I came from Indians and Asians can refer to the same peoples, Black people (not African Americans) ... as you say ... call each other "nigger" and white people often get envious of me,because I tan easily.

I love learning the finer aspects of culture and linguistics too much to have noticed what clothing colours anyone else goes for. Red, white, nor blue match my hair, clearly I have a major fashion/cultural dilemma when I am back in the states.

I shall continue working on learning the very foreign language before I get there too.
