MsIvena -> SHOULD A DOMME GIVE UP HER SENSUALITY TO BE A DOMINANT? (6/27/2009 11:46:31 PM)

YES OR NO DOES SHE HAVE TO BE A TOTAL CUNT? CAN SHE NOT HAVE A SOFT SIDE WITH HER SLAVES AS WELL AS THE FIRM HARSH SIDE? CAN SHE HAVE MUTIPLE SIDES TO HER PERSON? CAN SHE NOT AT TIMES BE ROMANTIC AND AT TIMES BE A SADIST? IS THIS NOT IN MOST FEMALES ANYWAY? AM I THE ONLY DOMME THAT THINKS THIS WAY? OR AM I IN MY OWN LITTLE WORLD HERE LOL. SOME ANSWERS WOULD BE GREATLY APREICIATED.I want a man that can be everything. my knight in shining armor when i want him to be. my slave when i tell him to be my sub my bitch my whore whatever. my everything. he MUST support me 100% in everything mentally emotionally fiancially. IS THAT TO MUCH TO ASK FOR? LOL

First... please turn off the capslock. It makes your post hard to read and hard on the eyes.

In answer to your question, no. A Domme in no way has to give up her sensuality or be a "total cunt". Most of the Dommes I know are wonderful, loving people... including the ones whose "sadistic streak" scares the begeebus out of me. I just make sure not to present those with a 'target of opportunity', no matter how much I love them, lol.

Lastly, the mention of "financially" as regards being supported by a sub may start a bit of a shitstorm. The asbestos suits are in the corner.
Welcome to CollarMe [:D]

The Domme can be whatever she wants to be.  If the sub gets to tell her what to be who is the dominant

All caps makes it appear as if you're yelling.
Certainly, I would not desire a Dominant as you present yourself but there's bound to be someone out there to whom your approach and desires appeal.
I wonder at your implying that Dommes are cunts.  If that's your orientation, then are you not also calling yourself a cunt?
As for me, I identify as a switch and with a partner, be they Dominant or submissive, I desire they be well rounded and meet my core needs and that I meet theirs.
Best wishes,
  Davan

You ask a question and then answer it yourself.... rhetorical first posts generally won't attract many comments.

A Domme can be whomever she wants, express herself however she wishes and behave however she desires BUT the slave or submissive she attracts will be attracted by that behaviour/attitude/expression etc and so a good Domme, in my opinion, shows what is offered as readily as what is demanded.

By the way; you ask about having multiple sides to your person.   You then go on to list all the things YOU demand but nothing of what your romantic and softer side offers in return.   Is that not defeating the purpose of your post?

OHHH no not asking the sub dear dont get me twisted lmao. im seeking the Advice of my peers. the Dominants. lol. BUT im also letting you sub/slaves know as i AM asking my peers what im seeking . so im killing 2 birds with 1 stone so to speak .

WyldHrt -> RE: SHOULD A DOMME GIVE UP HER SENSUALITY TO BE A DOMINANT? (6/28/2009 12:00:15 AM)

Financial domination, tributes, and Dom/mes being financially supported by their subs can be 'hot' topics here. A search will turn up many threads that will clarify.

And thank you for turning off the capslock. [:)]

NO not at all. i believe the Softer side to be should be shared ONLY with the 1 that i CHOOSE th share that with. NOT just any and all slaves.

So, is it inherently a question of sledge hammer of softness?  Is there any middle-ground?

MsIvena -> RE: SHOULD A DOMME GIVE UP HER SENSUALITY TO BE A DOMINANT? (6/28/2009 12:08:33 AM)

So, you will be all fire and brimstone, hard ranting and tough lining on line and hope that attracts a slave and then, if it does, show them an entirely different side of you; one which *didn't* attract them?   Good luck with that.

I have a different approach; it's called openness and honesty about all parts of yourself.   Being open about one's self and spelling out your qualities, strengths and nature as well as your requirements is, in my opinion, a sign of strength, not weakness, and generally gives the Dominant a far better chance of attracting suitable submissives their way.

That said though, if your way works for you, then go for it~!

ShaktiSama -> RE: SHOULD A DOMME GIVE UP HER SENSUALITY TO BE A DOMINANT? (6/28/2009 12:15:42 AM)

Do male dominants ever wonder or have problems about these things?

MsIvena -> RE: SHOULD A DOMME GIVE UP HER SENSUALITY TO BE A DOMINANT? (6/28/2009 12:16:07 AM)

lol are you WANTING to pick an arguement or just fuck with me? lmao

DavanKael -> RE: SHOULD A DOMME GIVE UP HER SENSUALITY TO BE A DOMINANT? (6/28/2009 12:16:37 AM)

Well, that's ummm, limited, imo.  Most people do not strike me as that polar.  It also strikes me as something you'd want to make very clear to potential people with whom you'd be relating in a Dominant sense.
And, via what you've said, then I'm rather unclear on your query: it seems as if you believe you know the answer for you.

Until your statement just then, neither.  It's interesting that you take people trying to understand where you're coming from when you've posted on a public forum as attempting to pick a fight or, as you say, fucking with you.  Are you attempting to demonstrate the cunt portion of things?  If so, bother not; you're not my cup of tea.  :>
