DesFip, thanks for replying. The "answer" I've come up with lately, or one of them, is: "Pretend you are a car salesman and you are trying to talk me into buying your model". That is, basically, what this is about if we are "searching" and I assume these people are searching or they would not have written me. How often do we see an advertisement in a newspaper that gives a contact number and nothing else? It doesn't say what they have for sale, how old it is, what its track record is, why its better than the competition, etc. All correspondence is revealing. Just as those who responded here with rude comments (of which yours happily was not among the rude ones, thank you) give information about the sender. When I receive a sales pitch with no information about whats for sale more and more I just pitch it in the trash. But you know what, a few days later I usually see some question from a "dom" wanting to know why they never get responses to their letters. And that, if you think about it, is fukkin funny ain't it?
