Status: offline 		Doesn't it seem like the styles of women's necklaces has totally gone towards looking very much like collars in general?  I watch the evening news and even those women often have necklaces that look like chains.    And the styles now have locks and everything else.  Doesn't really seem to be a need to 'hide' a collar anymore, when the vanilla world is wearing them!   *s*

Well my beautiful sub wears a very simple collar/choker,
which is a black velvet and then has three quarter size rings attached to it.
I found that at a great store down here in San Diego called The Crypt.
If they have a website ill let you know.
But you can pick up any number of variation on this simple
choker style collar from a million different stores.
Ranging from your local sex shop to PetCo.

Status: offline 		I wear a beautiful collar that Wyldhrt made for me my Lord. She made a matching necklace for him, with the keys to the lock that closes my collar. From a distance, it looks like a silver pendant. We get some of the most interesting looks when we go out and people try to figure out, just exactly what they mean. It's absolutely wonderful. She did and amazing job.

OOOoh SHINY!


The chunky stones are red turquoise, the round ones are smoky quartz, not totally sure what the black ones are- I just liked the shape :), and the rest are Austrian crystal. I actually had you in mind when I came up with the ring and lock design, since the locks are small enough to be mistaken for a pendant, if the NIQ (nilla in question) doesn't look too closely, that is!


Everyone should have something this beautiful.

And have a friend as wonderful as Wyld.

Status: offline 		Yes, it's rather interesting how so many women embrace wearing a simple collar/choker style necklace- now whenever I see a woman wearing one, I naturally wonder if she is a sub.

Status: offline 		I ordered a one inch wide stainless lock to replace the half inch one I now wear.  It will arrived already engraved.  I am on pins and needles.

Status: offline 		I've never had an actual collar, but I'd like a discreet piece of jewelry to wear in lieu of an actually leather collar. My ideal collar would be a Tiffany (I have a Tiffany fetish. LOL!) heart charm bracelet with my Master's name for me inscribed on the back (I love pet names). When I wear it, I would know who I belonged to and the significance of the bracelet, but it would be just another piece of jewelry to anyone else. I have to be incredibly discreet because of my job, so the ideal "collar" won't work for me. Everytime I looked at my wrist or felt the cold silver brush up against me, I would feel my Master's love.

You better produce pics the day it arrives.
I think that one inch would be about perfect.  So many of the smaller ones seem too "cute".  Maybe that's just me, tho.

Status: offline 		my first collar was a watch.  so that i could wear it all the time.  unlike other jewelry people are not surprised when you wear the same watch every day.  He picked a watch so that i would be sure to think of him throughout the day.  it was there every time i looked down.

when i wear halter tops i wear a silver bead chain with His dogtags.
my neck feels naked without something hugging it.

Status: offline 		You got it, janiebelle.  It took me a while to find a stainless steel chain that was thick enough for me.  The big, beefy lock to go with it is going to be perfect.

Status: offline 		I got my little girl a permanent locking collar, but sleeping with it on gave her migraine headaches. I do put it on her if we attend any type of "function."
I gave her a silver ID bracelet that I've had since I was in my early 20's
I took it to a jeweler and han an " 's " engraved on it so now it says: "MICHAEL'S"
It never comes off.

Status: offline 		Just thought I would update my own thread. In public and at my job, I now have a gorgeous silver angel wing necklace. When we are together outside of the public eye I wear my leather play collar at all times. It means a lot to me to have that necklace to wear when I can't get away with a leather collar in public. It serves as a constant reminder of who I belong to.

Status: offline 		I do have a bracelet that serves as a public collar sometimes.  I never wear bracelets - I don't like having something dangling on my arm.  Which is why I have it.  It's a constant, uncomfortable reminder.  (I can't handle it for more than a few hours.)
