I don't understand.......

Are there just 3 mods?
Where can one easily find TOS?

Why can profiles contain phone numbers and why do they contain messenger addresses?

What I don't understand is..... if there are so many TOS being violated, why are they written?  With no reinforcement?
Because no one wants to moderate issues anymore or its ok to be complacent?

1) TOS is at the bottom of every screen - click on "Terms of Service"
 
2) The moderators are all volunteers
 
3) The site is free - if you don't like it go somewhere else.

Profiles are not Moderated the same way that the Boards are.

The Boards are moderated by physical eyes where are Profiles are Moderated by an electronic system that kicks profiles when they have been reported a certain number of time.

The IMAGES however are sent through screening processes by physical people some of which miss things from time to time and some of which are far too strict.

TOS is at the bottom of any page on the boards you may be on and it is called Terms Of Service, and those rules are what Moderators use to determine if one is breaking the rules or not, sometimes the Mods are fair sometimes it is obvious their personal feelings are overshadowing the actual issue.

All in all this is a Free site and the Mods have the power deal with it and move on or don't and leave the site those are you only options because it has been proven those who run the site back the Moderators 100%.

I don't know the answer to any of these questions but I'll have a stab in the dark guess...

1)Perhaps
1a) Where is the last place you remember having the TOS? Often we put things down places when interrupted.
2)Everyone loves phone sex
3)To ensure a constant flow of questions to non moderators on the board i.e. people that don't know the definite answers to such questions.

These kinds of threads are usualy based on something that the Moderator did or a Thread they pulled and it was pulled based on TOS Violation.

HUNDREDS of these threads have been fielded and so the information you were given was the COMMON answer.

You are welcome to try and fight a situation like some of us have over time however if you do don't say we didn't tell you how the outcome will be.

Ultimatly you should know that this site will remain as it is because it is how those who have control of it want it.

The whole deal with it or leave is simply so that you can understand that in the end those really are your only options.

You ass u me..... that is the problem.
Your scenerio in no way is the reason why I said I just do not understand.
Why can't there just be simple answers to questions.
 
Yes I found the TOS at the bottom of the page.  Thank you
I still have not located the area on each profile where it says
"click" to report this profile.  
 
And no I will not block just for something they wrote on their profile or what they might have wrote me.  I respond respectfully to every email, even if I find the message or profile highly offensive,  If I made a block list, it would be the longest list I'd ever made.  How silly.

I just had a look realsub, and when you check into the profile side, the profiles are automatically there yes?  And directly below them, are oprion tab buttons.  Photo, profile, view profile posts etc.  One of them is 'report Profile'.  A little grey box.

What I wonder is why someone would get on a crusade to report profiles that list phone numbers or messenger addresses. personally I feel it is no skin off my ass if someone posts this information in their profile. I guess some people have nothing better to do than to try police the world.

I was just trying to be helpful[:'(]  I didn't see the reason why - I should have read better.
It's not in the terms that you can't have your email up on a profile is it?

^That's like going to police and being arrested for filling out a report on being mugged.

Banning someone for raising this issue is pretty counterproductive don't you think?

**Getting slightly irrked**

I sent you an private mail on this also.

If you are looking at a profile there will be a BUTTON that says BACK TO LIST. Click it.
Then you will see the Condensed Version of thier Profile BELOW IT there is a BUTTON that says REPORT PROFILE. Click it.

Then you will be given a series of reasons to report a profile. Select a circle and then click REPORT PROFILE.

Easy Peasy

This is what I put in the e-mail I sent you have you still been unable to locate it?

Once more, with feeling...   Moderators have nothing to do with that side of the site.  Feel free to use the mechanism in place to report whatever TOS violations you see.

I know I've seen a report profile button before, but when I click on the people in this thread and their profiles come up, I'm not seeing a report profile button either.

This is going to bug me. Do they only have that button if the profile is one that comes up automatically when you sign in? Not when you go to them?
