As I stated, skip to the chapter on reality, I can guarantee you that is about as high on the Desire list as castration.

Dont ever blister your feet or allow some one to do that okay? Hard as hell to heal them and you need them to get around. Always play safe, have a safe word and mean it plus set your Hard Limits from the start okay?!

Status: offline 		Actually this does occur in Reality as a Form of Bastinado. Instead of a usual cane they just use a one that has been set on fire.

Beyond that there were regular tortures that involved the feet such as binding a persons feet to a rack close to a fire and eventually the screams were abound.

As for the Reality of things it is offten difficult to say what IS and what is NOT REAL. For instance one of my Favorite Stories was one where John Warren helped someone who had a Vore Fetish, Indulge without leaving them... well leaving them gnawed.

I believe it can be fun and inventive to play with Severity Play, I believe that some people could enjoy the "INSANE" Play if it were thought out.

As for the OP, I think one thing is important and that is what degree of safety you envision when fantasizing this fetish. If you LITERALLY want to BURN the Skin off a slaves feet, then perhaps you need to take a serious look at the kind of relationship you want and how the longevity of such thing are going to work.

If you are seriously talking about burning the feet badly, not a good idea, but, I have had fire play done on my feet before and loved it and no damage was done.

Status: offline 		I've seen (in pictures and vids) both mild and extreme things along this line. When it got to the extreme stuff, it was very hard to tell whether it was real or not. I really hope not.

But a couple of mild (and maybe more common than we think?) things included a dominant with a foot torture fetish who branded the bottom of his sub's foot with a tiny brand. He also had various ways of torturing her feet, one of which involved tying an ankle to a doorknob and blowing a hairdryer on the sole.

I am a maso who can make owie pain work for me so on that level it did calm me down.  But there was nothing erotic about it and its just not cute to hobble.

Status: offline 		I enjoy fire play a great deal, though I readily admit that the soles of the feet are not the body area that I consider My primary playground.  I can see how, at certain angles, fire for the soles could absolutely be done.  I think I would trust flash cotton or gel more than I would liquid.  Especially considering other factors such as how high of an arch might the bottom have or how ticklish the person might be.  One of the last things I think I'd want during a fire play scene would be a bottom kicking around open containers of flammable liquid while I'm holding a flame source in My hand.

As one of the people who taught Me some of the things I know about fire play has been known to say, fire is a very bad submissive.  You may think you are in control of it, but you're not.  The chance always exists that the illusion will be shattered and it absolutely has the potential to be bigger and badder than you are.  Know your risks.

i was stupid enough to prop my feet up on a metal ice chest on a very hot day. The burns were very painful, had me hobbling around, but the worst of it was the threat of infection.
