Also Both women and men can be uretheraly stimulated and there is even tools called Sounds that get used and they can even be stretched and in come cases womens urethreas have been stretched so wide as to allow for intercourse.

Ditto. One of my biggest fears is having to get a catheter in the hospital; it ranks right up there with my fear of heights. No fucking way would I voluntarily let someone do that to me.

I know MY nursing friends in freshman year (when they were taught how to place catheters) were taught that it doesn't hurt once it's initially in. I also know that's not true from way too many old men who don't mind telling me what catheters and shunts are like :P

And now I'm taking anti-biotics for a urinary tract infection which does hurt! Like pissing tny razr blades.
