I think the problem is that the actual subject says "would you" and she adds the "How" in the post itself. And ditto- figure out what things training needs to be done and then go about teaching them, by practice, tutoring, showing example and various other teaching methods.

If I had a girl in a personal collar and she was sufficiently advanced in her training, the chances is that she would be rated as the fg or First Girl. As such she would be expected to train other slaves. her authority would extend to punishment and when there were no Gorean Frees present she would be called by other slaves, Mistress. A training manual would be provided so she trained others as she was trained.

I have done so, when I was a servant to House Bladewing. I found it to be one more expression of depth of service and committment to train others to serve with grace and dedication, in the same way that I had been trained -- with care, and with a respect for my dignity as a human being, and with strict discipline and attention to the details of service that would make the difference between me being a mediocre servant and being an -outstanding- servant. I would no more have shorted the training of one of the new House servants than I would have given shoddy service myself. I have great respect for all of those who said they could do this. However, I'm so releived that my Master wants only me and would never consider taking on another. W/we are considering taking a sub into protection in the local scene because her Dom is far away. I'm ok with this because Master won't be "using" her and she'll just learn from U/us. It's a big boost for me to know that Master thinks I'm far enough along to be of help to her. typesgirl
