Status: offline 		How nice it must be to live in Texas a state with lots of Christianity where they are first in air pollution and 48th in literacy. Karl Marx was right not about communism but religion is the opium of the masses.

It may not be in my lifetime but in the future there will be as many people who believe in God as there is now people that believe the earth is flat. But I’m not wasting my time because faith is faith and that means logic does not prevail when it comes to faith. So believe in God, believe in the three Little pigs story or believe in Humpty Dumpty. It’s all the same to me.

You believe that any religious beliefs disqualifies a person from holding office.

You believe that people who hold religious beliefs are stupid, dumb, ignorant and dangerous.

This makes you a bigot: a prejudiced person who is intolerant of any opinions differing from his own.

This is not intended as an insult (although I've no doubt you'll feel insulted), but as a descriptive naming of your beliefs.

He's a quick learner and a "hands-on" kind of guy.  I mean he went from fixing toilets and unclogging drains to giving speeches as a respected expert on the economy.

And he certainly excited the Republican base.

A half truth.  It was pork, yes, but it would result in a short term goose of the economy.  It's the same blighted crap that Bush used with tax cuts.  More money in the hands of the people, and more economic activity, but at the expense of increasing the deficit.

I disagree.

We all have our biases, and points of view. Some of us are even opinionated son'v'bitches.

A bigot is an order of magnitude different.
