Completely stupid emails - 7/26/2009 12:10:11 PM

Status: offline 		Okay. . . I probably miss-spelled something.  A lot of things. 

I got an email. . . asking me about a line in a song.  First question. . . Is that a code for something?

I responded with the answer and a query as to why he did not google the answer.

I recieved the reply of "lol you live in kansas"

Umm. . . I know that. 

Second question:  Does where I live have any bearing on a line in a song?

He never responded to my second email. 

I am very confused as to what this was all about.

Status: offline 		I got a similar e-mail about a line in a song a few weeks ago.  In the e-mail I got, the guy asked me, "In the song 'Take a Walk on the Wild Side', what do the colored girls sing?"

I didn't know if this was a code for something, or a silly device to get me to engage in conversation with him.  Either way, I wasn't interested and just blew the guy off.

some people like to act as a hacker..."look what I can discover when you send me messages" crap.
Many people don't even know what they wrote on the web....others take advantage of that

Well, I'm glad he turned out to be an okay guy and a decent conversationalist.  Maybe he just wanted someone to talk to.
