I'm just going to put this out there. I got dumped once for being TOO obedient. Supposedly, she wanted bratty and mischievous. She originally collared me because she was tired of bratty and mischievous and wanted someone who actually did what he was told and went out of his way to do what would make her happy.

Wow, that sucks.

But on the bright side, you are well rid of her. You deserve better. Whether intentional or not, the effect you got is of a bait-and- switch. Not fair, and it doomed the relationship.
