I understand that slavery is illegal. However, there must be some legal way to put on in a position of real slavery to another by some legal method. Is a power of attorney sufficient? What other legal documents can be put into place? Thanks.

Simple. Don't own anything. That means no money, no car, no apartment, no clothes, no food, etc. Have absolutely nothing to your name, including identification. That will be as close as you can legally get (I don't think it is illegal to not have identification) to being a slave, as you would no longer have access to means to change your position. Anything which can't be directly controlled (such as medical decisions) can be indirectly controlled. No lawyer required.

Yes, you can give power of attorney to another. However, you also have the legal right to remove that power of attorney at any time. So you would never be a slave. As tazzygirl has said, military is probably about as close as it gets. No matter what, slavery IS ILLEGAL. I know you said you know that. Now it's time to accept it.

From a dictionary standpoint, the definition of a slave is one human that is owned by another. Such things are not legal in most places and there's nothing you can (or should in my opinion) be able to do about it. If you're up for it, you can certainly make yourself virtually totally dependent on another person. Give away all your possessions. Give the dom unlimited power of attorney. Don't hold a job. Even that though is just a fiction. Honestly, if I had not a penny to my name I could reclaim my "freedom" in a heartbeat. I was broke when I was 21. Why would this be any different. I need to ask the same question as others... "Why exactly do you need to do this?" If Carol were not mine in her own heart, I certainly wouldn't want any legal document forcing her to be mine. Would you really want to belong to someone that you didn't want to belong to?

I am guessing it is a way of closing the one and only loophole available to a slave, that of walking away. Still, I have to be in agreement that I don't want submission from someone who is not giving it willingly. There is an extent to which it can sometimes FEEL like there is no choice, but to have someone there begrudgingly serving me doesn't sound all that appealing. As far as legal remedies, no there really aren't any. If the dominant can make a successful case that you are an incapacitated adult, maybe, but that is fortunately VERY difficult to establish. lovingpet

You could give all of your possessions to your prospective owner, perhaps set up payroll deductions so that they get all of your wages, thus making yourself totally dependent upon him/her for your entire support.

There is a way. Google the term: White Slavery. I know some People. TRUST ME, You would NOT like it the Fantasy you have is NOT what the reality of Actual Slavery is about. Either make it real to you and then it is real, or live a miserable life. Seriously people what the hell is it with Paperwork? How in the fuck does a piece of paper make it MORE REAL. You wanna know what it is all about, start hanging on on Saudi Aribian Chat Sites and Start Talking about wanting to be owned property you will eventually be contacted. I DO NOT ADVISE THIS METHOD, GIRLS REALLY DO DISAPPEAR EVERY DAY, The FEW that are actually found are either Damaged for life or found in a shallow grave, there have been NONE that I know of who enjoyed the experience. Sign on to go to work for a company based in the UAE(you can't leave without company permission once you get there), or enter the underclass as domestic servant in the UAE, trust me they'll not only see you as slave but treat you as one.

Some slaves in the M/s community give legal guardianship to their partners. Between a power of attorney and guardianship, that leaves you pretty much "in custody" and "subject to rule" of your partner. It is about as close to leagally becoming a slave. Yes, being a true slave is unlawful in the U.S., U.K., Canada, and many other jurisdictions. Even in the military, one can simply violate the "don't ask, don't tell" law and obtain a dishonorable discharge. It appears that you remain a true slave to your desire of being one. That is a choice of serving yourself, not another master. Since your profile declares you to be a submissive, perhaps you should try taking it one step at a time, and gradually increase the degree to which you exercise the free choice and self will to surrender to another. Remember, surrender is less to another than it is of your own ego.

This is a bit like asking is there a legal way to cheat and steal despite the fact that you know it's illegal. No on second thoughts it isn't. You could of course become a Member of Parliament or even a Government Minister.
