Umm... you kind of need to ask the DIQ (Domme in question), as there is no rule book that gives the proper definition of "tribute". As with much of the lifestyle, definitions depend on the parties involved. I know this isn't what you wanted, but it is the truth. ETA- I bet that works a treat, Surata! [:D]

I work as a professional Domina. I have personal subs as well. Some men are looking for a girlfriend domina. Oh! My favorite Shoe Fetish sub came to visit tonight. He agrees with me that I need more shoes! 15 pair is not enough. And just 9 pairs of boots is a travesty. Considering that two of my subs have given me gifts of special flavored coffee, it's not a total Thread Jack. Shoes, corsets, corset making hard wear, flowers, dinner, coffee beans, custom made benches, books, DVD's, jewelry, toys.... It's all the same if given from a desire to make me happy.
