bladerunner42 -> hello (8/8/2009 3:01:44 AM)

i have an idea to start a slave trainning school so women can learn to be a good slave for there master an then find actual masters for them kind of weeding out the fakes on either side. im asking to get some imput on this if any one thinks it be a good idea or bad and any suggestion would be great to also please no one steel this idea from thank so let me know master and slaves the true master and slaves also it would also be trainning women that are collared and the master dont know how to train there slaves they have like cooking and the art of komasuitra i know i didnt spell that right so bare with me so let me know what you think

Arpig -> RE: hello (8/8/2009 3:46:23 AM)

Where to start...What good would a slave trained to your standards be to anybody else? And how would you determine between "the true master and slaves" and the rest? And if a master doesn't know how to train his slave,then is he really all that much of a master? Will you be teaching the really useful skills like folding laundry the way I like it folded, or mixing a gin tonic the way I think it should be mixed, or how to pour a proper pint of Guinness, or how to make a decent Black & Tan?  Will you have courses in history, politics and current affairs so the slave will be able to converse intelligently on topics of interest to me?

Ahh well some of my best friends are fakes.

I think you would probably make money because people aint that bright but in reality there is no such thing as a true slave or master and really all it could be seen is you training someone to be what you would like which I would imagine 99% of the population wouldn't therefore you are just teaching them bad habits.

subjoe101 -> RE: hello (8/8/2009 4:33:58 AM)

I agree with Arpig. I would think the Master needs to be involved in the training. Perhaps you could tweak your idea a bit and make it a training school for both Masters and slaves. A Master in training could be the apprentice.

Ahh but then you have to decide what makes a good 'master' then kinda mitigating the title

DarkSteven -> RE: hello (8/8/2009 5:08:45 AM)

OP, there is nothing to steal.  Fictitious slave training schools exist right now, as a scam to get men to shell out money to cover the costs of training the "slave" that they are promised but doesn't exist.

One of the big questions for any business is, where will the money come from?  Your original idea was for the trainees to pay their own way.  Then you suggested that Masters send their slaves for training, implying that the Masters would pay.  The difference may seem trivial to you, since you are focusing on the training you'll provide, but you will need totally different marketing/advertising depending on who the paying customer is.

Why limit yourself to maledom/femsub?  I suspect that the need is greater for Domme/malesub dynamics.  If the sub is expected to pay, I would suppose that the male subs are more willing/able to pay than the female ones.

How about gays?  They are an attractive market, but again, they travel in different circles and require different marketing.

BoundBrosef -> RE: hello (8/8/2009 5:13:43 AM)

Step 1. Perhaps your school could have a fundraiser by finding an older model vehicle that uses petrol / gasoline and then trade it in for cash at a car shoppe.

Step 2. ???

Step 3. Profit

CatdeMedici -> RE: hello (8/8/2009 5:39:12 AM)

You know, I'd really think about this, shipping these days is through the roof. [8|]

allthatjaz -> RE: hello (8/8/2009 5:58:26 AM)

From your profile it looks like I am talking to a male? Im a little confused.

You and about a thousand other people.

What's a fake?

I don't have an opinion one way or another if it's good or bad. I can say this though; I would never suggest such a thing to another.

please no one steel this idea

Obviously you don't pay much attention to others in the 'lifestyle'.

NYLass -> RE: hello (8/8/2009 6:37:09 AM)

But a slave school might help him out.

Or are they the same person... Hmmm conspiracy theory on the CM boards.
(Must get more Diet Dew and think.)

Apocalypso -> RE: hello (8/8/2009 7:00:15 AM)

Literacy classes would be of more use to the BDSM community.

LadyPact -> RE: hello (8/8/2009 7:03:47 AM)

I looked at the profile to see what kind of qualifications you were giving to back up why you would be a good teacher for such an idea.  It's a couple profile where the wife died last year.  No mention of any specific skills in service, etc.  I'm all for s types learning skills that their M may not know, such as formal dinner service, Japanese tea, massage/reflexology, corset lacing, etc, but no where do you list any skills such as theseIn the example you gave, you couldn't even spell the subject, but you want to teach it?

Thanks, I'll pass.

First of all bladerunner42, what credentials do you have to put such a thing in place?
What makes you believe you can get it right on behalf of someone else?
Are you a trained Chef?
Kama Sutra is the ancieant art of love making. Does this mean you intend to have sex with your trainees? and whilst the collared sub is shacked up learning Kama Sutra from you, you will be taking payments off her Dominant?
Nice dream but lets be realistic here.............. Its not happening!

LaTigresse -> RE: hello (8/8/2009 7:14:31 AM)

I can only second what LadyPact has already said and keep the less gentle comments that came to mind (especially those that came after viewing the OP's profile), to myself.

I'm confused.  I perved the profile as well, but assumed that the wife had died and he had gotten a new woman.  The fact that he stated he wanted poly I took as him having one woman and advertising for more.

If he's so lazy that he hasn't updated and still has a couples profile and a pic of a dead woman as his only profile pic... that's just creepy, and wrong.

CarrieO -> RE: hello (8/8/2009 7:32:59 AM)

OP...
Just a few questions:  If I wanted a sub that could cook, why would I send him to you?  What training do you have in that area of expertise?  Are you a classicly trained chef? Why wouldn't I just do one of two things...train the person myself or send them to cooking classs/school?

If I was a sub to a person (switch here) who wanted me to understand the art of the Kama Sutra, which involves so much more than tantric sex, I would hope this person understood the practice enough to teach/guide me. If not, then perhaps it would be something for both of us to learn together which would, possibly, involve the study of the Hindu belief system.

What makes a person a "true" master or slave?  Is that according to your standards or mine?   Why would I choose your "training" over that of a class in etiquette, cooking...or as LadyPact said, Japanese tea, massage/reflexology, corset lacing (wonderful skills)?

To be quite honest, the whole idea reeks of fantasy.  I prefer reality.

btw...If you'd like to be taken a bit more serious, I would suggest using spellcheck prior to posting.  Yes, I'm one of "those" people.

Bad idea.

DesFIP -> RE: hello (8/8/2009 7:50:28 AM)

By your standards I'm a fake.
By his I'm not.

I don't wander around naked in chains kneeling on the hard wood floor all day.
He doesn't want me to.

I don't spit shine his motorcycle boots.
He doesn't wear any.

Could you teach someone else what kind of coffee or tea he likes, when you don't know it? I doubt it.
Could you teach someone what foods he does or doesn't like? I doubt it.

Most importantly how can you teach someone to fall in love with someone they don't know? You can't.

There are places that teach specific skills, like Butchman's. But only the master and slave know which skills they would like to improve. Which usually means an existing couple.

Actually, there's no mention of who the woman is in the picture.  The text reads that the wife is dead and the 'master' is looking to start a poly household.  Personally, if I was the s type, I wouldn't be thrilled that the deceased wife was spoken of, but not mentioned as the current person in the household.

Since the OP's profile has existed since 2007, and the wife died last year, I'm leaning towards creepy.
