I put my name down on the White House ticket lottery online, and on Sunday they rang me to tell me I'd won - pretty fucking cool, huh?

Now, my copy of "The Audacity of Hope" is nicely autographed, and I got to piss off a few sad old fucks by making witty and acerbic comments about Fox News when we were queuing to get in.

They were full of bravado, but when it came to it, they didn't utter a single word once inside. Bunch of cowards. Still, at least the meeting was civilised, unlike in other places.

Private insurers pay some variation of the Medicare reimbursement for this service.
