Well I can't really comment with any great authority (not being a guy) but my guess is that part of the appeal for some is the gender role blurring that can take place with sissification, and "violating" some societal taboos against guys appearing "weak" or non hyper masculine. Maybe I'm totally out in left field, but I can pretty easily understand why some people would be into it. Even if I couldn't though, so what? Just would mean it isn't my thing, just like any number of other kinks.

not everything you do is about you :) the entire concept of being a sub is doing things to please your partner weather you like it or not is irrelevent.
Some guys like it, some don't. I like to crossdress and be naughty but I HATE sissification. they are not necessarly the same thing as many people seem to think.
Some guys like it cause it gets them attention it's a fetish to be pretty and looked at like you are pretty and special as opposed to their normal male self which is usually just ignored unless they do a lot of work in the gym. Very few sissys have really masculine bodies many are either over weight or really small and femme looking to start with so the average woman or man doens't really pay them much attention. but if they feel pretty then it stimulates something inside them :)
I don't know if that is the main reason most do it or not but I know a lot that do it for that reason.

if you cant get youre head around it and dont want to, why the post.

at the weekend i saw a man dressed as a baby sitting in a high chair being reprimanded and fed baby food by a Domme. he was clearly getting whatever he needed frorm the experience and good on him quite frankly, it was no more surprising than anything else that went on in the club, just people being how they need to be to find whatever it is they need to find.

OMG!! Clement Stone LOL we used to sneak onto his beach on Lake Michigan at night when I was in high school. He had a spanish style mansion on Sheridan road in Winnetka, Il.
