I am a slave and I don't take any daily medications or vitamins. Overall I'm pretty healthy, no medical problems other than the rare flareup I get from my eczema. Normally it's in remission but due to either weather, not eating correctly, not getting enough sun, stress, hormone changes, certain perfumes, it will reoccur. When it does I take an antihistamine, some steroidals lotions and adjust whatever it is that caused it and in about 2 weeks I'm back to fine again.

i have taken my meds today and i know thre risks of NOT taking them.

i get my medical advise from Medical Doctors and Pharmacists...not biochemists, physical chemists or hair dressers.

I'm with you, Fluffy!! I take daily meds, understand the risks & choose to take them anyway, since the consequences of not taking them can be very serious, up to & including termination of life. However, I haven't taken them yet today as they are taken at bedtime.

So, so...waiting on some test results.

And to stay on topic, i'm taking my evening med. And i know the risk of NOT taking that one, too.

Getting over a cold, I've been taking 1000 mg of Vitamin C, which is too low a dose to induce scurvy. That's most likely if a pregnant woman were to consume more than 3000 daily, at which point the baby would be born needing that artificially high level.

I'm also taking sparingly Sudaphed, the real stuff you have to sign for. The risk is that it ups my hypertension but took it round the clock for only three days and now just at nights. Probably can stop in a couple more days.

Took my meds at night and I know how they affect me. The meds are required for my mental status. I can live with the side effects.

FR, after read thru

Hmmmmmm . . . . Well, my main med has been around for ~5,000 years, extensively tested, & is probably one of the safest psychoactives on the planet . .... Plus, cannabis is probably a tumor suppressor . . . . .

I take it as needed, & yep, I've had it today . . . . . .

I basically don't take other meds . .. . . Occasional hits off an asthma inhaler . . . . .

I'm an other. No regular meds, just aspirin or ibuprophen (or similar) as needed.

I am a switch, and selected the only option available to me. My daily meds are caffeine and sugar which I take orally damn near immediately after getting out of bed in the morning. I used to take large amounts of nicotine as well, but have stopped that.

If I lived in Amsterdam, I am sure I would have more meds for evenings and weekends.

I'm a Dom. I'm fortunate in not having any medical issues that require meds. I have very high cholesterol and triglycerides, but don't eat mammals and have very little fried food, and have a family history of high cholesterol and no heart issues.

i am a sub and take a med for ADHD in the morning and one for restless leg syndrome in the evening. I have tried doing without both and lemme tell ya...it ain't pretty.
