I am not a great believer in analysing too much... i used to do a lot of analysing when i was younger and i have to say with hindsight: i got most of it wrong and it never got me anywhere but in a confused muddle with lots of questions starting with 'but why?'

the best advise i can give you is do not think so much, enjoy yourself more... and go with your gut feeling.
If you feel another analysing bout coming on then tire out your body... do some sport or something

To say that you've come to an understanding of someone (in your case apparently several someones) suggests to me that you really haven't gone as deep as you might have. Even the simplest person is very complicated - as no doubt you are. I wonder if this isn't a kind of defensive smokescreen to drive people away from whatever your own layers of complication are. Possible?
