Does anyone here recall the film Sex, Lies, and Videotapes? I've been asked if I would like to do a scene with a fairly new dominant friend, in that vein. His idea is that he will tape me talking about my sexual history, and will be asking questions and guiding me to reveal things. There would be moments where I might be asked to demonstrate how someone touched me or something similar. My thoughts are that this could be incredibly fun and erotic...but also a bit edgy, if it brought up feelings I may be unaware of. I have no history of sexual trauma, so it seems safe enough but I'm still aware that sexuality can be a huge emotional issue. Anyone here have any comments, ideas, experience, suggestions, they could share on this? Cin

Videotaping is something I regularly do. It's interesting to document experiences and impressions in a girl after a visit.

I've been videotaped and photographed before during scenes...love it. But this seems very different. More emotionally edgy... Cin

I solemly swear no Nehru will be employed in the making of said videotape. I can also say with all seriousness I doubt Ace Ventura would contribute to the mood so it's safe to say that advice will be well-taken as well. I may have to ask that you reconsider your stance on platform shoes however... Cin

Anything and I mean anything can be sold, auctioned, or traded off for profit--make sure your head comes out of the "glamour" and into the real life ramifications---would you be happy to have this sent to your family?? Think well and long--IMHEO

It's a technical issue for sure, unless the tape were to be handed directly from the camera to me. Thanks for the concern, I'm pretty cautious about such things. Cin

Himself tapes virtually everything. I love this idea and am going to run it by him to see if we can do this. Sounds like a lot of fun. Just be careful and make sure you trust the new guy. Celeste

An absolutely valid consideration. Although my sense is that I can trust him I did make a point of mentioning that we are fairly recent friends because I think its a vital part of the situation. In some ways that part appeals to me. We are new to each other so everything I tell him is new to him, and that will definitely add to the humilation/nakedness aspect of it. Revealing your innermost secrets to a friend is a very comforting thing, to reveal yourself to an almost stranger has an element of risk and naughtiness to it...Edgier. The downside of this is how do I make sure the taped contents stay safe? Cin

WOW! i would definitely think long and hard before i let someone i didn't know VERY well videotape me doing anything i wouldn't feel comfortable with anybody, anywhere seeing. Please be cautious. Once it's filmed - it's done and there's no undoing it.

He has even offered to use my laptop for transfering it to a DVD. That's seems safe to me...What do others think? Cin

So if you have control of the tape is there anyone in your household that you wouldn't want to see it? I once came across some tapes my daughter definitely didn't want me to see, in fact on one of them she actually stood in front of the camera and said "if my mother ever sees this she will shit in her pants". Well i didn't shit but i did send her to get help.
