Status: offline 		So I've been seeing a guy who has expressed interest in chastity, but due to his job he's unable to wear anything for most hours of the day, which I think kind of defeats the purpose. The more I think about it, the more interested I am, and this leads me to this question.

For some reason I'm getting more than a few men sending me emails asking to be a 'key holder' and I just noticed someone in another thread mentioned it. What exactly is a key holder, how is a key holder active in the participation of chastity, and what are your thoughts, experiences, or disagreements with it?

Status: offline 		Key holder is the person who has posession of the key to a chastity device.. if you like chastity play/orgasm control its pretty fun. As to the man who cant wear anything there are devices like plastic rings with teeth that fit aroud the base and balls of a cock that is nearly invisible... you can get them from ClubFem in Houston. I have little to disagree with the whole concept as long as hygiene is taken care of...

Status: offline 		I looked that plastic thing up, and it looks interesting. I'm going to have to do more research, but that could be a simple answer, and it's cheap!

Status: offline 		I have one of the club fem devices.  If you get desperate enough you can get a blow job or jerk off to orgasm with it.  It will be uncomfortable, but not prevent an orgasm.  Night time erections will cause it to break the skin.

Seems like for a while, all I got was tons of letters from men looking for a key holder.  Seems like ANY female would do.  I started thinking that I should go ahead and accept all those keys, then toss them all together in a box and shake it up.  Every time someone begged for a key, I would mail one at random.  You don't get another try until you send back the one that didn't work.

Never actually DID it... just was amused by the thought.

Status: offline 		There are many chastity situations that require flexibility.  Not all men can wear 24/7 for a variety of reasons.  Perhaps he can wear it all weekend.  Perhaps a few days per week.  When a real lock is not practical, plastic locks can be used.

Status: offline 		Many of the CB's are difficult to hide under normal work attire.  That hard plastic or metal bulge in the front of one's pants is difficult to explain.

Status: offline 		Many men, including myself wear a trapped ball type chastity device for many days at a time. The trick to staying concealed in public is to simply wear brief style underwear. Although, relearning to walk rather than swagger like John Wayne does require a little practice and learning to become comfortable with any limitations in movement.

Status: offline 		Birdlocked is made of softer material.  It can solve some of the chastity belt problems.  And I recommend tight underwear and loose pants for concealing.

Unless his interest lies more in the actual chastity device as a fetish, why not simply use your command to retain his seed? If he passes the test, he passed because of his devotion to You and your word, not because he's locked up in a chastity device. Makes the male's suffering that much sweeter to me. ;)

Status: offline 		i wore a plastic device for almost a year straight, only taking it off for hygiene twice a week when i was at my Mistress's house to serve Her. It was only occasionally uncomfortable and i never felt like it was obvious to anyone (i used the snug briefs and loose trousers method most of the time, but even with snug jeans it didn't show). The problem i found with the plastic devices (i have used 4 or 5 different ones) is that they are flimsy and tend to fall apart at the seams... sort of defeats the purpose, doesn't it.

The other comment i have is: in my opinion, the honor system is the only really effective way to enforce chastity. With a good vibrator it is possible for a male to have an orgasm even while wearing one of those devices. Of course it will prevent him from having unauthorized sex with someone else, so if that's the issue it's effective.

Also i wouldn't want to downplay the fetish value of wearing a chastity device. And when one couples the symbolic value (of a locked chastity device that only She has the key to) with the erotically charged, voluntary (but irrevocable?) commitment to completely relinquish all decisions as to when, where, how, and with whom one will have an orgasm... mmm now that's a recipe that stirs my loins.

Status: offline 		If by the plastic devices you mean like a CB-2000 or that series, the solution to coming apart at the seams is pretty simple. They're 'sonic-welded' according to the material, and expansion pressure from within can crack 'em after a bit.
Plain ol' superglue. Bonds acrylic very well, much better than the manufacturer's method. For the '3000' or 'Curve' models, this is important, because that separation can cause serious discomfort and minor to moderate damage if left unattended to.

Status: offline 		Thanks for the reply... i wasn't really looking for a solution to the "fall apart" problem... believe me when i tell you that i have tried everything. Superglue was one of the LEAST effective solutions. The only thing that worked was acrylic cement coupled with a strategically-placed cable tie followed be encasing the cable tie in a ring of epoxy.... but it was ugly... and made hygiene even more difficult... and even that draconian measur eventually failed.

No i was not looking for a solution, just posting a warning to anyone who might be looking to put money into this little fetish.

Does anyone really know for certain the other person is being truthful? It's too senseless a question to contemplate. What's more important to know for certain is if you don't have trust, you don't have a life. Be discriminate in who you bestow the honor of trust in, by using your instinct, common sense and intuition. And base it on their actions not their words.
